Beautiful apartment in Via Santa Maria in Monticelli No. 69, in the historical center of Rome monumental.
This house is a historic mansion, is called Panizza Palace, built in 1582.
- Living / dining room with kitchenette, dishwasher, electric fan, refrigerator, freezer, extendable table with eight chairs, comfortable leather sofa three seater and armchair, TV SKY dish.
- The first large bedroom with large double bed (cm. 180x190), two windows on the church of Santa Maria in Monticelli (!), Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, 2 large closets, desk with wired and WiFi Internet.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined on request as a double bed), bathroom with WC / bidet, large shower, desk, printer / scanner, WiFi and wired Internet, a request may be added 5th bed.
- A real laundry area with washer and dryer (for drying clothes in less than one hour).

Great location and comfortable

Great location and very comfortable for 4 adults. 2 full bathrooms and a comfortable couch made for a relaxing stay. We walked the entire city and most every place was within a 15 or 20 minute walk.

Near the Heart of Rome

Great location for Rome visit. Walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum (30 minutes), the Vatican (35 minutes), Trevi Fountain (20 minutes). Many great restaurants in walking distance.

Regola's Histical stay

Apartment was great and lots of room. Great location. Shirly made our stay unforgettable. She went over everything in the apartment. When it was time to leave the taxi didn't show up. Shirly didn't only tell us where to catch the bus to the train station, she went along with us to make sure we got there ok. Shirly our hearts go out to you. Hope to see you again in the future.

Good location, centrally located, intend to walk everywhere

Property was in a good location near restaurants and grocery. A short walk over the bridge to Trevestre, a great place to eat and explore. Within walking distance to the forum and Colosseum. We noticed the hot water didn’t work the morning after we arrived, the owner was responsive but questioned us if we touched switches we did not even know existed. He quickly sent someone to fix the issue. It did seem like the AC struggled on really hot days. The bedrooms are both accessed my stairs either up or down. Not good if you can’t walk stairs.

très bel emplacement, équipement cuisine,ameublement,tout est super. 1 seul désagrément majeur le proprio devrait fournir 2 set de clés comme le font tous les sites d'hébergement de partout dans le monde depuis que nous voyageons. Celà éviterait de payer $700.cnd pour 2 chambre pour une nuit car nous avons oublié 1 clé à L'intérieur de l'appartement.ce qui nous a empêché d'avoir accès à l'appartement.

+Prachtige locatie en mooie woning.Alles op loopafstand. Zeer giede service van de eigenaar. -Er is wel een overdaad aan bordjes met aanwijzingen in de woning, en het 1 sleutelsysteem waaraan ook water en elektriciteit zijn gekoppeld legt teveel beperkingen op als je niet alles als volledige groep wilt bezoeken, maar soms wilt opsplitsen.

L appartement est très bien situé on peut fait tout le centre historique à pied et les bus sont à proximité si besoin. L appartement est propre et bien meublé il ne manque rien 1 chambre à l etage et 1 chambre à 2 lits d 1 personne en sous-sol et il y a un déshumidificateur qui se met en marche le matin à 8h30 .c est un peu tôt quand on est en vacances. Le propriétaire répond instantanément à nos besoins et donne de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Apartment was in great location. Very spacious. Renters should be aware that the second bedroom is in the basement with no windows (no natural light). Also, Wi-Fi does not work in basement. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

Great place great vaccation

The house is perfectly located. In the Center but in a quiet street and gives a feeling of privacy. You have everything you need in the house which is clean and nice. We had great family vacation.

Best place in Rome!!!

This is a clean and very well appointed apartment that is very walkable to the Vatican. The Landlord, Rogolfo, is an absolutely wonderful person, who has helped as a lot with our stay. The beds are clean and comfortable, the views are breathtaking, all the appliances work like a dream! This apartment is far better than the listing says…you will not be disappointed!

Nous avons séjourné 12 jours pour la seconde fois dans cet appartement que nous adorons. Que dire à part qu il est parfait! Idéalement situé, l appart est spacieux, propre, fonctionnel Mr Todini toujours à l'écoute et prêt à satisfaire à nos demandes. Sans hésiter je recommande +++ c est une valeur sûre Nous réitérerons sûrement une 3e fois on ne s en lasse pas.

Explendida situación del apartamento

La descripción era precisa pero omite que una de la habitaciones es un sótano sin ventilación y unido a la sala de la lavadora, secadora y cuarto trastero. Tan poco queda claro que la cocina está unida al salón, sin ventanas y si quieres tener luz natural y ventilación hay que tener la puerta abierta. En cuando a limpieza nada que objetar, estaba impoluto. Aunque justamente encima de una de las camas del sótano había un desconchón lo suficientemente grande en la pintura del techo. La situación del apartamento es inmejorable. El dueño y la persona encargada de atendernos son encantadores y nos ayudaron tanto en la llegada como el día que dejamos el apartamento. Si que recomendaría el apartamento a mis amigos, pero recomendaría al Sr. Todini que pinte el techo del sótano y si es posible separe la zona de limpieza del dormitorio.

Top gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fusslauefig erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
