- Apartment with private entrance, in a blooming garden. Quiet and sunny with sea and mountain views. Spacious, bright, it dominates the secured pool, with sun beds and umbrellas.
A beautiful terrace dominates the pool and on the side of it, a lawn awaits you with its 'aperitif' table and its armchairs. 2 spacious bedrooms with shower room (1 with a dressing room) and flat screen television.

The Arena Bianca residence is composed of 4 rental apartments, well separated. The owner lives on site. It is ideally located, 3 min away from the white sandy beaches of the Ile-Rousse and its surroundings. You will be able to according to your tastes, either follow the Wine road or the Craftsmen road and discover all the small typical Balagne and Haute-Balagne villages.
There are numerous hiking trails available.
All the leisure activities: water activities, mountain, beach, river, culture, restaurants, lounge bar, cinema, are near the residence to make you spend the best holidays.

Bright, spacious apartment with floral charm and pool - perfect Corsica getaway

We stayed at this lovely place in Monicello, Corsica from July 3rd to 9th and honestly had a great time. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated, with two bedrooms, big windows that let in lots of natural light, and an overall bright, cheerful vibe.The private terrace is surrounded by a real explosion of flowers — such a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. The little garden adds to the charm.It was also super handy that pool towels were provided, so we didn’t have to bring our own. Speaking of the pool, it was even heated for a few days, which made evening swims extra enjoyable.We had a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived, which immediately set the tone. Only small downside: the bed in the main bedroom creaked quite a bit, but they assured us it would be taken care of.The apartment does offer a view of the sea — it’s a bit limited, but still very nice to have.All in all, we’d absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for a bright, spacious stay in Corsica with lovely floral surroundings, a nice pool, and thoughtful touches that make your holiday feel easy and relaxed. We left happy and recharged!

Super séjour à Monticello !

Super appartement, super host, super région ! L'appartement avec sa grande terrasse avec vue sur la piscine partagée loin d'être bondée (en plein pic d'Août !) et la mer. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé (y compris les provisions de base pour la semaine : éponges, liquide vaisselle, lessive, etc... et un panier d'accueil) et très agréable à vivre. La propriétaire était parfaitement disponible, réactive et la communication optimale. Nous recommandons vivement !

Heerlijk ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Smaakvol ingericht. Bloemrijke tuin, alles zeer verzorgd. Prima groot bed, goed beddengoed. Wasmachine. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Superfijn verwarmd zwembad met ligbedden, lekker rustig. Warme, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse, die verder discreet op afstand blijft. Paradijsje, zeldzaam zo’n appartement. Dicht bij strand en leuk Ile Rousse met veel restaurants. Twee weken vlogen voorbij!!

Wonderfull villa with pool and terras overlooking the see

We just loved everything here! The house, the pool, the location, the beaches, the town. There is a big supermarket (also bio) nearby, the beaches are lovely and the town is nice for a visit or for good restaurants. Calvi is about 40 min drive away and it is close to some nice walking trails. We would love to return to this wonderfull place!

Propriété très belle avec une grande piscine. Une indépendance pour chaque locataire qui privilégie l'intimité de chacun. Maison fermée avec place de parking pour chaque location très joliment arborée. Super intérieur avec lave linge, lave vaisselle, four-micro onde, barbecue sur belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Très bon goût pour la décoration. Literie impeccable. Location Très confortable, spacieuse et propre. Bref tout est SUPER sans oublier la gentillesse de la propriétaire des lieux.

Trés agréable séjour dans cette petite résidence de quelques appartement. Au calme, trés propre, piscine soignée. Un peu en retrait du centre de l'Ile Rousse (voiture nécessaire) mais bien situé pour visiter les villages de Balagne!!! Acceuil chaleureux du propriétaire à l'écoute des besoins des ses locataires ! A recommander !!
