At 5 minutes from the Walls of Lucca and 10 from historic villas, the house is part of an ancient court completely renovated with courtyard, large garden

Built in an ancient yard, the completely renovated house stands in the quietness of the countryside of Lucca at no more than 5 minutes away from the walls which bound the old city centre. At disposal of the guests is the wide garden with its fruit trees. The covered portion of the yard facing the house, can be used for meals prepared in the kitchen or in the wooden oven, or simply with barbecue. Downstairs, in addition to the kitchen is a large dining room with a fireplace. Upstairs are two spacious rooms and one of two bathrooms. Although the house has undergone several renovations, its original appearance has been carefully preserved. From the rooms on the south side of the house you can overlook the garden. The Court is divided into two apartments , both with separate entrance , one is the one in which the owner family lives and he will be on hand for all needs and the other is the one the photographs are referenced ; there won't be other families to share the park and equipment. In the summer months , will provide an inflatable pool ( diameter 450 cm , depth 70 cm ) by reservation and for payment of a small fee ( 5 EUR / hour , 15 € for half a day , € 20 for the whole day for a maximum 4 persons ).
5 bicycles will be available for guests who will easily and quickly reach the most significant areas of the city.
