Monolocale funzionale e piacevole

Monolocale, come da descrizione, ben posizionato e con tutti i confort per un soggiorno per 2. Enrico veramente gentile e molto disponibile, un soggiorno veramente piacevole!

Tutto molto bene, dalla pulizia ai contatti con il gestore e il proprietario. Punti in più: farmacia, bar, tabacchi, supermarket, chiesa, fermata bus, spiaggia... Tutto letteralmente a due passi! Consigliatissimo

Vacanza perfetta

Monolocale pulito, attrezzato e confortevole, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione fornita dal proprietario, in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i servizi di prima necessità e la spiaggia di Canneto a piedi. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Il proprietario é una persona professionale, puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni, estremamente disponibile per consigli e utili informazioni sull'isola, sicuramente attento alle necessità dei suoi clienti. Altrettanto disponibile e gentile la Signora Marina che si è occupata della nostra accoglienza. Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo monolocale vicino al mare !!

Ottimo monolocale vicino al mare, con supermercato a pochi passi in cui abbiamo trascorso la prima settimana di agosto (peccato sia stata poca). Gentilissimi e disponibili il proprietario Sig. Enrico e la Sig.ra Marina. Consigliatissimo!!

Una settimana a Lipari trascorsa in questo monolocale spazioso fornito di ogni comfort , fresco, pulito e perfettamente attrezzato. Ottima qualità prezzo. Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della Sign. Marina e del Sign. Zibetti. Il monolocale si è rivelato meglio delle nostre aspettative, molto accogliente e fornito. Carmelo e Carmelina!

La casa è tutta nuova, situata in una posizione tranquilla ed fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il proprietario e la signora Marina sono molto disponibili e attenti. Consigliato!

"Appartement fonctionnel....

"Appartement fonctionnel.Confortable.climatisé. commerces tout à côté et mer au bout de la rue. Seul bémol la fenêtre donne sur la rue. Parfois un peu bruyant car les vespas tournent... (Ma!!on est en italie). Pas de vue sur mer. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Propriétaire très aimable qui vous appelle régulièrement pour savoir si tout va bien."

"Très beau studio, indépe...

"Très beau studio, indépendant, agréable, fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé dans une maison charmante idéalement bien située : très proche de la plage et des embarcations vers toutes les îles voisines. Propriétaire très aimable, à l''écoute et arrangeant qui nous a contacté par téléphone avant notre départ (parle français). Location totalement conforme à l''annonce et vivement recommandée. Famille de 4 personnes plus deux amis nous avons loué ensemble ce studio et l''appartement n° 310048 qui peuvent communiquer entre eux en laissant simplement ouverte une porte de couloir. Selon nos adolescents : "super maison, super bien située"
