EOLIE Lipari-Canneto Very attractive apartment 30m from the beach

Very attractive new 1-bedroom apartment (sleeps 2/4), raised ground floor, located in Canneto (sea side resort on the island of Lipari) and very close to the beach (30 mt), supermarket, other shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop, and departure point for excursions to the other islands are all within 100-200 mt. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Nicely furnished and well equipped with all comforts (air conditioning/heating - with supplement -, TV, ceiling fans,washing machine).
Accommodation consists of 1 large double bedroom,
open plan kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bathroom. If required it can be connected to Studio apt 2 pers. (ref 6360762)
and 1-bedroom apt with large terrace 4 pers
(ref 6310048) to accommodate up to 10 people.
Prices vary according to the period. A supplement of 5 euros / day is required. for air conditioning / heating according to the season. The price does not include linen (many customers bring it) and it does not seem correct to indicate a higher price for a service that many customers do not use. In case of need, linen is available on site (27 euros / week or part thereof for 2 pers.) Security deposit of 100 euros. Deposit of 30% required upon booking. Delivery of the keys by the owner or a person appointed by the owner.

Appartamento funzionante e funzionale!

Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva!L'appartamento è un bilocale che si affaccia con la cucina abitabile sulla strada interna di Canneto, mediamente trafficata, e con la camera su una delle viuzze che collegano questa al lungomare.Le finestre sono dotate di doppi vetri e rendono silenzioso l'ambiente. Nelle stanze ci sono ventole a soffitto e - a richiesta - l'aria condizionata. Tenendo aperte le finestre si riesce comunque a rinfrescare l'ambiente.Enrico, il proprietario, è stato molto accogliente e disponibile ed è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze, supportato sul posto da Marina.L'appartamento si trova in una zona strategica: a metà del lungomare, a due passi dalla tavola calda Papisca, dal market, dalla spiaggia e dalla fermata del bus che porta alle altre spiagge dell'isola.Abbiamo fatto bene a prenotare a Canneto, invece di Lipari, perché è ben servita dai bus (UrsoBus) ed è vicina praticamente a tutte le spiagge.Ci siamo trovati veramente bene!

vacanza di pochi giorni ma molto intensa e piacevole

l'appartamento è curato, pulito e non manca di nulla. vicinissimo al bus per Lipari da dove si parte per le escursioni alle altre isole. Nella frazione di Canneto c'è tutto: negozi, supermercato, ristoranti, ecc. Enrico è una persona molto affabile, disponibile, con la quale ci si può intrattenere in piacevoli chiacchierate. sicuramente molto consigliato.

Tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, i mobili sono nuovi ed è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Ci è stato consegnato pulitissimo. Si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ed è perciò comodo per chi vuole rilassarsi, ma è anche ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e non lontano dal porto e dal centro storico. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e molto disponibile. L'aver soggiornato in questo appartamento ha sicuramente reso più piacevole e comoda la nostra vacanza a Lipari. Consigliatissimo! "Studio très agréable où nous avons passé une super semaine ! Il est neuf et pratique. Tout se trouve à proximité : la plage de Canneto, le supermarché, le départ pour les excursions en bateau.. De plus des bus desservent régulièrement Lipari. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant (et parle très bien français) ! Nous recommandons vivement pour vos vacances dans les îles éoliennes !"

"La location correspond b...

"La location correspond bien au descriptif de l''annonce. La location est en très bon état. La supérette à 30m permet de faire ses courses. La plage et l’arrêt de bus sont à 50 m. Le propriétaire est très sympa. Il parle le français et est très arrangeant. Le seul point négatif serai l''absence d''un lave-linge (pour les séjours de plus d''une semaine c''est un peu embêtant). Bref un bon plan sans soucis!"
