Great location

The apartment was like home, it was in a super location close to the Center and the beaches. The kitchen was a good size with a full cooker and oven, it had a great fridge/Freezer. Lovely wine glasses but not a decent size beer glass. The bed was large and very comfortable and there was lots of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The bathroom was spacious and a great shower. There was a lovely washing machine there too. We got very prompt responses from our host.

Bon appartement de vacances

Un logement plutôt confortable, très bien situé, calme, avec un balcon idéal pour profiter de la belle vue. Petite table et chaises pour prendre les repas à deux (c’est étroit). Après un réaménagement de l’appartement pour que le salon soit proche de la cuisine et la chambre de la salle de bain et côté calme, notre séjour a été très agréable. Seul bémol: la literie est vraiment à changer car le lit est devenu creux et inconfortable pour deux personnes. Merci à Monique pour son accueil.

Ravi que l'appartement vous a plu. C'est vrai qu'on a malheureusement eu une canicule exceptionnelle à cette période. Heureusement que l'appartement est traversant et quand on ouvre des deux côtés ca rafraîchit vraiment très bien. Il y a toujours de l'air à Collioure. Il y a également un ventilateur sur pied disponible.

bonjour, l'appartement était vraiment sympa, un peu à l'écart des lieux touristiques et ce n'est pas plus mal... il manquait quoi ? : un torchon dans la cuisine c'est bien pratique ! un petit tapis de bain c'est pas mal non plus... par contre, dans le salon, le petit carreau de la fenêtre dans le salon risque bien de tomber au prochain courant d'air... sinon, tout était ok... laurence

Appartement à rafraîchir de toute urgence.menuiseries d'une autre époque.propreté trés limite.canapé lit vieillot à changer absolument . Stationnement trés difficile devant l'immeuble.en un mot très déçu par la location.

Bonjour, Je suis désolé que vous n'avez pas été entièrement satisfait. L'appartement et les menuiserie vont être entièrement refait cet automne. L'appartement se trouve dans le vieux Collioure et il ne faut donc pas s'attendre à une construction neuve aux derniers standards bien-sûr. Les menuiseries par exemple ne sont donc pas en PVC. Il faudrait peut être aussi prendre en compte que vous avez profité d'un tarif fortement baissé (comme pour tout mes locataires cette année). Cordialement !

Appartement conforme au descriptif de l annonce avec une jolie vue, très calme et idéalement situé dans Collioure.Malheureusement état de propreté de l appartement déplorable et aucune consigne donnée, aucun état des lieux faits.

Le nettoyage a été fait par un professionnel avant votre venue pourtant. Je ne comprends donc pas tout à fait ce qui a pu se passer. Pour ce qui est les consignes et l'état des lieux, il m'a été rapporté par la personne qui gère l'accueil que vous avez changé à trois reprises votre heure d'arrivée et que vous êtes arrivé finalement très (trop) tard dans la soirée, ce qui explique celà.

Heureux d'entendre que tout s'est bien passé ! Je vais rajouter des verres alors. Le couchage supplémentaire (lit gigogne) dans le séjour se destine en effet plutôt à des enfants qu'à des adultes (bien que côté taille, ses deux couchages correspond à deux lit simples standard). Rundum gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr flexibler, schnell reagierender speditiver und freundlicher Vermieter. Herzlichen Dank! Übergabe/Abnahme top! Absoluter Vorteil: zentrale Lage ! Nachteil: Freier Parkplatz ist Glücksache und ....nervige Mosquitos, die sich unauffindbar verstecken und dann nächtliche Attacken starten!

Beautiful location; really French. Liked the genuine feel of it and the way the shutters worked in the Heatwave. Amazing views from balcony, quiet retreat away from main centre, but convenient. Loved it.

geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Mit der Ferienwohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Lage - im Ort und doch recht ruhig - ist toll und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Ausstattung war komplett vorhanden. Nur die Kommunikation vor Ort war etwas schwierig.

Appartement bien situé dans Collioure et plutôt bien aménagé. Escalier un peu raide pour atteindre le 2ème étage. Dommage que l'appartement soit sale. Il y a une offre de ménage que nous avons prises en espérant que le prochain vacancier trouvera les lieux plus propres que ce ne fut le cas pour nous. (ps : il faut vraiment se pencher sur le balcon pour voir le paysage de la photo)

Nous avons apprécié sa situation proche du centre de Collioure, son petit balcon ensoleillé, et la vue sur la campagne depuis la chambre. Nous avons regretté la modestie de l'ameublement et déploré quelques manques, pas de bouilloire électrique, pas de séchoir à cheveux. Confort en relation avec le prix.

Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Enirichtung auch sehr gut, alles da was man braucht und sauber. Wenige Schritte in die schöne Stadt Collioure und zum 1 Eurobus um in andere Orte zu fahren wie auch zum Meer. Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage dieser Wohnug ermöglichen einen erholsamen und umweltfreundlichen Uralub. Schöne wanderungen in der nächsten Umgebung auch ausgeschildert.
