large fisherman winemaker’s house of character completely restored in 2010 120m2 for 6 people 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, all comfort, flat screen TV 108 cm Samsung with canal+, OCS and cinema channel (more than 100 channels!) wiFi by SFR box, air conditioning in all rooms with remote controls, stereo, neat decor, 50 meters from a supervised beach, 100 m from all shops, 2nd floor terrace with views of the village and mountain, in a very quiet flowered alley on the slope with stairs, magnificent location on Cap d'Oun, free public parking at 20 meters, The rental was rated 3 stars on 1/7/2022 by a real estate expert near the Montpellier court of appeal and representing the FNAIM official ranking body for tourist accommodation. The cleaning must be done when the tenant leaves. if the cleaning is not done or needs to be redone, the steward will ask to pay 60 euros for this service.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem perfekt in Strandnähe gelegenen Haus in der Altstadt. Es gab genug Platz, Ruhe & eine gemütliche Dachterrasse. Banyuls ist ein wunderschöner ruhiger Badeort und dieses Haus ist ideal, um ihn zu entdecken.

Vacances estivale

Logement atypique avec murs en pierre lui donnant beaucoup de cachet. Très bel situation proche centre ville et plage centrale. Le gérant est très disponible et donne beaucoup d’informations utiles. Très bon séjour à Banyuls nous reviendrons sûrement

Beautiful place

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Banyuls und Umgebung, und das Appartement war ein ein toller Ort als Ausgangspunkt für viele Erlebnisse oder einfach auch nur zum Ausruhen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Der Vermieter stand bei Fragen sehr hilfreich und freundlich zur Verfügung und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, die Buchten und Strände und Berge in der Region wunderschön.

Heerlijk groot huis,genoeg ruimte voor een gezin.

Heerlijk huis,met airco,wat heerlijk was toen het zo warm was.Beeden prima! Genoeg ruimte met het hele gezin. Alles is er,wasmachine,afwasmachine,fijne grote koelkast met vrieslades. Als je slecht ter been bent zijn de vele trappen buiten een nadeel.

Maison de ville les pieds dans l eau

Le propriétaire a pris soins de nous envoyer au préalable des activités à faire avec des liens. Quelques jours avant il nous a contacte pour nous expliquer quelques petites choses pour faciliter notre arrive. Bien accueilli avec une bouteille d apéritif de l eau et du jus d' orange. Tout est a proximité pour passer un excellent moment

Maison charmante et parfaitement située dans Banyuls

Maison vraiment rès agréable à vivre , parfaitement située sur le Cap d'Ona, quartier historique de Banyuls et proche de sa plage et toutes ses commodités. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, avec même de petites attentions... La terrasse est très appréciable pour prendre l'apéritif, de jolis tableaux agrémentent la décoration des pièces, nombreux équipements, la climatisation est un vrai plus. Le contact avec ,notre hôte a été très agréable, il tout mis en oeuvre pour que nous passions le plus agréable des séjours, nous l'en remercions à nouveau.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Banyuls dans la maison de Ma PILLIER. La maison est vraiment tres agréable. Nous étions 6 adultes et une enfant de 7ans et nous avions largement de la place pour tous. Nous avons pu profitez de tout son confort et de la clim, ce qui n est pas négligeable à Banyuls. Je conseille juste à M. PILLIER de poser de la lumière au dessus de l évier de la cuisine. En effet ce coin est un peu sombre. Mme LENOIR nous à tres bien reçu sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité si besoin sont précieuses. Bouteille d eau, bouteille de Banyuls sont un réconfort données par M. PILLIER à notre arrivée fait preuve d une grande attention envers ses locataires. Très disponible et à l écoute il nous a donné de nombreux conseils avant notre arrivée et que nous avons suivis. La seule chose pour laquelle notre us ne sommes pas d accord c est sur le restaurant La veille cave. En effet nous avons été très déçus de ce restaurant : Fourchette salle ,spaghettis pas cuit ! Lasagnes trop sèches , pizzas sans plus mais la facture est bien là ! Nous vous conseillons plutôt le restaurant EL Amics en bas de la maison très bon et prix très raisonnable. Enfin nous vous conseillons sincèrement cette location' proche de toutes commodités et surtout proche de la mer. MERCI M. PILLIER votre maison est SUPERBE.

Wonderful.....

Wir genossen zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Banjuls-sur-mer. Der Ort hat seine Eigenheiten bewahrt und liegt abseits vom grossen Massentourismus. Das Haus liegt im Kern der Stadt - zum Strand sind es drei Minuten, Restaurant und Einkaufsläden gleich um die Ecke. Zwei Mal in der Woche ist Markt. Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Das Haus ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet inkl. Klimaanlage und macht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Es dient auch als Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Wanderungen oder Ausflüge in das fantastische Meer (eine Hotspot für Meeresbiodiversität). Wir können alles nur empfehlen - Bonne vacances
