Excellent séjour à Menton

Appartement bien situé au centre de Menton, vaste pour un 2 PC, très propre, très bien équipé et bénéficiant de la climatisation. Seul bémol, la réception très revêche de la dame chargée de l'accueil qui nous a abreuvés de consignes et de mises en garde en tous genres, comme si elle était persuadée par avance que nous allions salir et dégrader l'appartement. En revanche, contact très agréable avec le propriétaire, toujours très disponible er réactif. Au total, nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée le matin, situé à quelques dizaines de mètres du centre de cette jolie ville de Menton et environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare. Nous remercions chaleureusement la dame de la réception (très ponctuelle) qui n'hésite pas à prendre de son temps pour répondre avec beaucoup de détails à toutes nos interrogations. Nous recommandons cette location absolument sans aucune réserve. Merci

Condo idéal pour un couple en visite prolongée à Menton. Sa situation dans la ville est parfaite: proche des gares, des épiceries, du marché, de la vieille ville et de la Promenade du Soleil. L'appartement est ensoleillé le matin, très propre et facile à garder propre grâce à la qualité des matériaux. Le mobilier est adéquat, le lit très confortable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, les armoires bien fournies. Nous y avons passé sept semaines et le recommandons chaudement. Cette location est la dix-septième que nous avons faite en France et en Italie et se retrouve en très bonne place dans nos préférences.

L'appartement est idéalement situé : à quelques pas de la rue piétonne, et de la mer, mais au calme. Impeccable, spacieux, décoré avec goût et offrant tout le confort, nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Garage, climatisation, store électrique, grande terrasse, calme de la la rue... An excellent apartment for a holiday.

This apartment made an excellent base for our short holiday of one week. It was clean and fresh and kitted out with all the necessary bits and pieces that go towards making a holiday joyful and trouble free, it was superb. For seeing the sights, I can recommend a foray into Italy to see the market in Ventimiglia on a Friday which is only about 15 minutes away, you can drive or take the train, San Remo is about 30 minutes. For a lovely walk try the coastal pathway into Monaco which for the most part is shaded and vehicle free, its a good hike and you can get the train or bus to come back home. Menton is a lovely small town with a casino, a port, beaches, bistros and loads of restaurants. We had a great time and I can thoroughly recommend it.

L"appartement a parfaitement répondu à notre attente : sa situation dans le centre-ville mais au calme, son équipement très complet qui traduisait le grand soin du propriétaire à assurer notre bien-être, sa propreté parfaite et l'excellent contact avec le propriétaire . De plus, le garage en sous-sol nous a évité les difficultés de stationnement . Bref, nous le recommandons franchement .

TOUT EST BEAU !

Tout est beau dans ce bel appartement fonctionnel et très bien équipé : de la terrasse en passant par le séjour jusqu'à la salle de bains... Résidence au calme avec gardien, très bien située : tout se fait à pied. La personne qui remet les clés est dynamique, efficace et disponible. Quant au propriétaire les contacts sont excellents et cordiaux. Menton, "perle de la Côte d'Azur" , est une station balnéaire calme où il fait bon vivre contrairement à la ville de Nice où il y a trop de monde. Voilà toutes les bonnes raisons pour lesquelles je viens à Menton depuis plusieurs années.
