Very nice apartment

The apartment is very convenient for the old town and the new town . It is a real home from home with everything needed for a comfortable stay . The double glazing shuts out all outside noise very efficiently

Could not have been better!

The flat was in a perfect location and very comfortable. Using the washer was a major plus! The location was safe and I and my friend felt safe staying in the apartment. PEPE was very responsive when we arrived and needed any advice.

Happy time!

Pepe is a very friendly host. We greatly enjoyed our stay in his apartment. We would gladly return to Malaga and stay in Pepe's apartment. Jose was a great host, met us at the flat upon arvl to check us in. It’s a great location, on the edge of pedestrianized Centro, easy walk to all sites, port, Soho area, etc. multiple grocery options within a few minutes. Security is great, with locked street door, elevator and goid locks on flat door. Kitchen well kitted out with a two-top, bigger table in lounge. TV has all the streaming options to wind down at end of day. Bedroom master is street side, but the exterior metal roller blinds are great sound and light proofing. The flat as a whole is dated, could do with some work on bathroom, but fully serviceable and clean. Would def stay here again!

Super Location

This is a super-central location for exploring the older part of central Málaga, only a short walk from the Central Market. It is very clean. Nota Bene: Oven is in-operable and there is extremely limited amount of hot water - enough for just one (1) seven to ten minute shower, and it takes hours to recover. Be quick!

Four weeks in Malaga

We didn't have any problems with the apartment. The only issue is the location - both good and bad. It's located in the center of Malaga, near the Mercado Central, shops, old town. The annoying issue is access - the nearest road demolished by roadworks, there is no access apart from plaza Ariola where parking even for taxi is near impossible. If you have a lot of luggage you will have problem. Also the noise from digging starts at around 7:30AM and continues till 5:30 ..6PM. Perhaps in a month or two the road will be fixed, but you need to check before your booking.

Bien en líneas generales, se echa de menos algunas cosas al llegar: servilletas, papel higiénico, champú, etc. al menos para salir del paso. El garaje para un coche mediano/grande es complicado. Por lo demás la ubicación muy buena.

Fabulous stay - Best location in Malaga

This is our second stay at the apartment. The location is perfect for seeing all the Malaga sights. It is a short walk from the train station less then 5 minutes even with luggage. The city is a 5 minute walk and the harbour and beach 10 to 15 minutes.There is a bus stop 1 minute from the apartment that takes you to the gardens near the harbour.The apartment is in a safe area and building .The apartment is bright and exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need .Pepe is a perfect host. This apartment was great value and we will be returning.

Home Away From Home

The flat was exactly as pictured. It was in a neighborhood but only steps away from all the action. Everything was very clean. There were extra sheets for out longer stay. The beds were comfortable. While it was on a sort of busy street, the windows were thick enough to block out the noise. We stayed over 3 weeks and loved our time in Malaga.

Se está muy bien en este apartamento, tiene de todo lo que se pueda necesitar, justo en el centro al lado del Mercado de Atarazanas, con parking y muy silencioso. La pareja de propietarios es encantadora. Pasamos una semana magnífica y repetiremos.

Perfect in every way

This apartment is in the perfect location to visit Malaga. It is situated close to the train station and located close to all the sights everything in walking distance. The apartment was bright and airy and exceptionally clean. The bathroom is large and the kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need .The beds were very comfortable we all slept so well.The building is very safe and clean . This was like living in your own home we loved it and were sad to leave . Clean comfortable and convenient . We will definitely return .Pepe was the perfect host incredibly helpful . The best location in Malaga

El inmueble está muy bien ubicado, lo suficiente apartado del bullicioso centro, pero, en tres minutos andando estas en el cogollo. dispone de un mobiliario de calidad y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables, además, la disponibilidad de una plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio te proporciona mucha tranquilidad a la hora de usar el coche. Por último, el propietario es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte, del mismo modo la ciudad de Málaga es amable, bonita y divertida. Volveremos, seguro.

Bel appartement idéal famille

Nous avons louer cet appartement pour 1 semaine nous avons été reçu comme il se doit. L appartement est bien situé a proximité du centre ville, des sites touristiques, bien équipé, linge de maison, vaisselle tout est à dispo, propre et correspondant bien aux attentes d une famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Seul point négatif la chambre côté rue est bruyante due à une ville qui dort jamais.

appartement conforme à la description.

Bel appartement dans un immeuble protégé et parfaitement placé , à deux pas du centre ville , et des lieux de vie. Facile d’accès, commerce de proximité et marché couvert. Bar et restaurant à moins de 100 mètres de la location. Proche des transports en communs et possibilités d'aller à la plage en bus. Parfait pour une famille avec deux addos. Par contre, l’accès au parking peut être sportif avec un monospace. La chambre avec un grand lit, située coté route est très bruyante, en cause une insonorisation très médiocre et un passage incessant d'ambulances et autre véhicules de secours, ainsi qu'une voie empruntée jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit.

we rented this apartment for the month of February. The apartment is very comfortable, it really has everything you need to live. We felt like we could live there for ever, not like a usual rental...the furniture is comfortable ( like it was your own home )the location was perfect for playing tourist or living like a local. We enjoyed being so close to the markets, bakerys, and lots of restaurants.It even came with things like cloths pins, salt, pepper, oil, flour etc.thank you Jose for a great holiday. Nous avons réservé cet appartement en octobre 2015 pour un mois. Les photos de l'appartement reflètent la réalité. L'appartement est propre. Il est situé dans un immeuble très sécuritaire et à distance de marche du bus, trains, magasins, marché, du port et de la plage. Il y avait du linge de maison et de la vaisselle en quantité suffisante. C'est un endroit idéal pour visiter Malaga et je n'hésite pas à le recommander.
