Superbe !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! La maison est spacieuse et très confortable, il ne manque rien. Malgré la chaleur, elle reste relativement fraîche. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la magnifique terrasse, fleurie, qui donne sur un très grand jardin, sans aucun vis à vis. L'endroit est très calme. La piscine, commune à la résidence, est grande et splendide, et il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde, c'était très agréable. La maison est parfaitement située et nous a permis de sillonner facilement dans la région (elle se trouve à proximité immédiate de l'axe Florence/Sienne). Enfin, nous avons eu une très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, prévenant et attentionné. Un grand merci pour toutes les indications et informations qui nous ont bien facilité l'arrivée et nous ont permis de prendre nos marques, ainsi que la bouteille de chianti laissée à notre attention. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !

A nice week in the Chianti

We have stayed in this property for one week. The terrace, the garden, the view, and the shared pool on the community are fantastic! The house and the kitchen are well equipped. Good to know: There is no WIFI and barely 3 or 4 G coverage. It was a very hot week in July 2022 and the house became very hot as well. There were fans in each bedroom that provided some cooling during the night. From our point of view, all the beds need to be renewed soon.

Großzügiges schönes Ferienhaus in Chianti/Well equipped beautiful holiday residence in Chianti

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr geräumig und zusammen mit zwei voll ausgestatteten Schlaf- und Badezimmern machen sie das Ferienleben zu viert sehr entspannt und komfortabel. Auch Dinge, die man in Ferienhäusern üblicherweise vermisst sind vorhanden - sauber und gepflegt (ausreichend große Töpfe und Pfannen, Abzughaube, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Gefrierschrank, gute Messer etc.). Eine Waschmaschine, einen separaten Trockenplatz und einen schattigen Carport für zwei Autos gibt es obendrein. Die Terrasse ist groß und hat schattige oder sonnige, Bereich, je nach Geschmack, und sie bietet einen schönen Blick in die Landschaft. Das absolute Highlight ist allerdings der Pool: 20 x 10 m, makelloses Wasser, perfekt gepflegt, mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen und einem traumhaften Blick auf ferne Dörfer. - Wir haben die Zeit ganz besonders genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen, für Paare ebenso wie für Familien. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Michael & Susanne, Aachen, Germany - Well equipped beautiful holiday residence in Chianti We enjoyed our stay very much. The residence is very well furnished and well equipped. The kitchen and the living room are quite large and together with two completly furnished bedrooms and bathrooms four adults can live there very relaxed and very comfortable. Items which you normally miss in holiday residences are present – in clean and good state (large pots and pans, microwave, toaster, freezer, good knifes etc…) A washing machine, a separate drying area und a shady carport for two vehicles are there as extras. The terrace is large and has shady and sunny areas, just as you want it, and it supplies a beautiful view. The pool is the absolute highlight: 20 x 10 m , flawless water, perfectly maintained, with sunloungers and parasols and with a marvelous view. - We have enjoyed our time there extraordinarily and we recommend the residence heartlly, to couples as well as to families. Maison confortable; localisation parfaite; superbe piscine

Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par le propriétaire, qui nous a donné tous les détails sur la maison, le lotissement, la piscine ... La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse (le soir, en se protégeant des moustiques; il faisait trop chaud à midi pendant cette semaine d'août). La piscine (commune pour le lotissement) est magnifique: très grande, très bien entretenue. Enfin, la maison est idéalement située à 30-40 minutes de Florence, de Sienne, de San Gimignano. Elle est à moins de 5 minutes du joli village de San Donato in Poggio, où on trouve quelques restaurants, un café (pour l'espresso du matin ...), quelques magasins (dont un petit Coop pour l'alimentation). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons volontiers dans cette maison.

Inoubliable, formidable

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en Toscane. La maison est idéalement placée pour visiter Florence, Sienne, Pise et les villages merveilleux de la Toscane. La maison est parfaite pour les séjours. Nous ne manquons de rien. La terrasse est très agréable. La maison reste fraîche, ce qui est très appréciable en été. Nous avons bénéficié de cette superbe piscine de 20m sur 10 avec vestiaires, parasol chaises longues. Nous étions souvent tout seuls à en profiter. Et je remercie le propriétaire Bader pour son sérieux, son suivi et son implication pour que ses locataires passent de très bonnes vacances. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous y retournerons, c'est certain.
