Our Trail Creek Springs Property is a modern 2,100 Sq. Ft. townhouse located 1/4 mi. west of Victor City center. This 3 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath home has a King Bed in the main level bedroom, a King Bed in the upper-level bedroom with outside balcony, and a queen bed in the second upper-level bedroom. All bedrooms have an adjoining bath with a 1/2 bath located across from downstairs entry. The loft area can also be used as a second living area or an additional bedroom. The loft has a queen size sleeper sofa with a privacy screen. In addition, there are 2 single inflatable mattresses available.

For your enjoyment, table & chairs are located on the back deck overlooking a wooded creek. Also, a hot tub is available for your use. A perfect place to relax and soak after a day in the mountains!

For your entertainment, wireless internet, TV, and board games are available for your use.

A beautifully and fully equipped kitchen allows you to make your favorite meals.

Other features include a full-size washer & dryer, port-a-crib and baby highchair.

We had a great stay and enjoyed this beautiful home. The only downside is the home is not air conditioned, so we had to open windows at night. However, the outside air was cool at night and helped cool down the house. It’s in a great location and had lots of room!

This property was very nice and had everything we needed for our three night stay. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. The hot tub was a plus after a long day in the parks. The only downside is this property has no air conditioning. I understand most properties in the area do not have AC, but the house stayed 79 to 81 at all times. This is also a duplex. Both of these should be conveyed in the description of the property, not when we received our welcome instructions. The drive to Jackson is beautiful! The town of Victor is very cute. We enjoyed our stay.

I would like to make you aware that in our Property Description, first sentence, we describe the property as a "townhouse" and under amenities, we did not check A/C. In the 12 years that we have owned the property, summer heat has not been an issue. Normally, temperatures are cool enough at night to allow the house to stay cool during the day. This summer has been different. I will update our description to note this. Safe travels! Charlie
