Séjour très agréable

Nous avons été satisfait de nos vacances à Royan dans cette villa. Les propriétaires sont accessibles et agréables. nous étions 18 (8 adultes, 10 enfants) en séjour mi-nautique/mi-visite. La résidence est bien située, avec un grand jardin. Merci

Séjour tous en famille

Nous étions 18 (de 12 ans à 81 ans) Nous avons passés un excellent séjour… couchage de très bonne qualité, il faisait beau et nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps dehors pour les repas avec un bel espace extérieur au milieu de la nature et à deux pas de côte, du centre ville et des commerces. Aucun vis à vis… nos jeunes ont beaucoup apprécié dormir tous ensemble en ayant leur espace de jeu et pouvant mettre de la musique dehors. Vélos indispensables pour prendre le temps de visiter la côte en total sécurité sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables proposées Ne pas avoir d’exigence sur le standing et le mobilier…

Endroit calme

Nous avons passés une belle semaine avec le soleil au rendez vous. Endroit calme avec une belle piscine qui est l atout de la maison. Petit désagrément à l arrivée car nous n'avons pu avoir la location que entre 17h et 18h du fait que le ménage n'était pas fini . Revoir aussi quelques installations qui sont à notre goût très vétustes. ( douche , chaises longues, montée d'escalier...) Manque de rangements pour les courses. Attention aux vis qui dépassent autour de la piscine.
