Wonderful house

We spent nearly 3 weeks exploring the area from this lovely house, ‘commuting’ to the fabulous beach my a small boat across the river, shopping in the local markets and finding our favourite bakery, butcher and wine shop. It was always wonderful to come home in the evening, relax under the shade in the garden and then fire up the great bbq. The house and kitchen were very well equipped, we had a really blissful stay and loved our time in Valras Plage

Simply Wonderful !!!

Wow! ... what a beautiful old but very well kept fisher house with a decoration which is welcoming, charming and makes you feel at home the moment you enter. Lovely welcome, very clean, comfortable beds and beautiful garden with a big patio where you find sun as well as shadow all day long. The beach is only a 5 minutes walk, bakery just 3 minutes and all in all, just a beautiful spot to spend a vacation. The communication with the landlord was always very helpful and extremely friendly as well. We can highly recommend it and would like to come back!

Maison proche de toutes commodités donc idéalement placée. La place de parking est un vrai avantage.La traversée du canal pour accéder à une plage plus tranquille est également agréable. Très bon séjour. Merci à Thierry pour les messages avant séjour et à Souad pour son adaptabilité.

Wundervolles Haus, perfekt gelegen

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in dem charmanten Fischerhaus sehr genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral, ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat einen ganz persönlichen Stil. Ein Platz um sich wohl zu fühlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour à Valras plage. Le logement se situe à deux pas de toutes les activités et des commerces principaux tout en étant isolé du bruit. La climatisation et les moustiquaires sont des vrais plus! Propriétaire et concierge à l’écoute au moindre soucis. Merci pour ces vacances

Super maison. Bien agencée avec tout le confort nécessaire. La maison bien située près du port, des restaurants et de la digue. Jardin bien clôturé pour les 2 petits chiens. Voisins très agréables et Souad très gentille. Très très bon contact avec Thierry.

Bonne situation centrale

La maison de Thierry, décorée de manière très individuelle, est bien située, on est rapidement à pied dans le centre et sur la grande plage. La remise des clés s'est déroulée sans problème après accord téléphonique. L'équipement est bon, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. La voiture est garée en toute sécurité sur le terrain. Nous avons bien aimé la terrasse nouvellement aménagée avec son sol en bois, les vignes donnent de l'ombre et c'est confortable. Dans le salon, nous aurions souhaité des fauteuils plus récents et plus confortables, mais nous étions la plupart du temps à l'extérieur, donc cela n'a pas eu beaucoup d'importance. Les lits étaient très bons, la salle de bain est neuve avec une douche à l'italienne. Nous reviendrons volontiers et recommandons volontiers la maison à d'autres personnes.

Séjour formidable!

Thierry est vraiment très agréable très bonne communication! La maison est top, belle décoration 70'S, entièrement rénovée, tout équipée pour passer de bonnes vacances. La situation est idéale, à moins de 5 minutes de tout commerce, plage, port... La plage est large, même avec beaucoup de monde on est pas les uns sur les autres, bien équipée, volley à volonté pour 15 jours. De grandes ballades sur le littoral, plus de 5km le long de la plage et de belles découvertes comme la cité de Carcassonne. Nous y reviendrons surement!!

Idéalement placé

Location conforme, jolie maison avec extérieur très agréable, le fait de pouvoir y garer sa voiture est un gros plus. Tout est a proximité, rien à redire, a conseiller vivement.

Super tolles Haus

Wir haben zu viert in diesem Haus in Valras-Plage einen super Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zum Strand, zum Hafen und zur Promenade. In 1 Minute ist man überall. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und klimatisiert. Das hat uns bei den jetzigen Temperaturen Echt gerettet.

LOCATION ET SITUATION AU TOP !

Nous venons de passer de superbe vacances, la location est très bien située 3-5 min à pied du centre du village et des plages. La maison ne manque de rien, très bien équipée et surtout non négligeable, un petit jardin/terrasse au calme dans une ruelle avec très peu de passage, les enfants peuvent y jouer en toute sécurité car entièrement clôturer. Et très important on peut y garer la voiture !!! Propriétaire très sympathique, nous y retournerons sans hésitez ! Myriam et Alexandre K.

Accueil super sympa dans cette maison de pêcheur décorée avec beaucoup de gout, très fonctionnelle, et très propre.On se sent comme chez soi. La cour est ombragée, on peut manger dehors et les enfants jouent en toute sécurité. Le plus la clim, très appréciable !!!! Situation géographique idéale, proche plage, restos, boutiques. On arrive et on oublie la voiture pendant la durée du séjour ! A proximité, possibilité de traverser l'Orb pour aller à la plage des Orpellières, beaucoup moins de monde ! Nous sommes très content de notre séjour et nous recommandons a 100% cette location. D'ailleurs si nous retournons a Valras nous n’aurons aucune hésitation ! Et merci au propriétaire d'avoir accepter notre chien, qui a passé lui aussi de bonnes vacances (merci la clim !)

Superbe séjour

Magnifique maison de pêcheur rénovée avec beaucoup de gout. Ultra propre. Tout se fait à pied : la plage principale, les manèges et specacles le soir, les restaurants et boutiques. J'ai préféré prendre le bac "lily" pour traverser l'Orb pour aller à la plage des Orpellières où il y avait beaucoup moins de monde. Totalement équipée, il ne manque rien ! Terrasse ombragée pour les repas du midi et du soir, grande cour intérieure au soleil pour se faire bronzer... Tout est cloturé : les enfants peuvent jouer en toute tranquillité. PS : ne manque qu'une connexion internet... mais bon c'est aussi ça les vacances !

L''accueil a été très sympathique et le propriétaire très arrangeant, suivez ses bons plans. En bref nous avons passé un super séjour en famille avec nos 3 enfants. "
