Séjour très recommandé. L'accès à la villa surprend par son accès difficile compte tenu de l'état du chemin qui mène à la maison.

Very remote property not well maintained.

The online description did not make it clear that the property was very remote and some way from a made up road, and that hence one would be better off with a four-wheel-drive. Whilst the location might be nice in the summer it was certainly very difficult to find in the dark and the rain, which is when we first arrived. The property was not very well maintained, and the manager of the property was not very helpful either. He did not point out where things were and how things worked. The swimming pool was slightly green on the sides, the hot tub was dangerous - one member of our party scalded their leg as the temperature gauge was faulty. We complained to the owner to no avail and did not use the hot tub after that. Despite the plumber arriving mid way through our holiday to fix the hot water, the hot water remained intermittent and no one was able to have more than a tepid bath. The showers ran hot and cold with no consistency in temperature delivery. Not a very well maintained property I am afraid. Additionally, the members of the party of the party who first arrived were charged another security deposit which the manager insisted upon, when I had already paid that amount on my credit card to the owner. I do not believe that he was allowed to do that. This did not detract from the beauty of the property and it’s breath taking views and the fact that the cooks that the owner put us in contact with, and the wine tour mini bus operator, were all excellent and I would highly recommend them. However unfortunately I would not go to this property again and nor can I recommend it to anybody else.

wundervoller Urlaub in den Wäldern der Südtoskana

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, v.a. weil das Anwesen, wie beschrieben, großzügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet war. Der wirklich sehr große Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen, alle Zimmer mit einem großzügigen Bad und die Ausstattung war lückenlos. Auch die Housekeeper waren immer sofort zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Urlaub in idyllischer Lage

Wir (acht Freunde) haben den Urlaub in der Villa sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber er lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der sehr gepflegten und wunderschön eingerichteten Unterkunft. Das gesamte Grundstück ist in sehr gutem Zustand und der große Pool ein absoluter Traum. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Best holidays ever! Most beautiful villa!

I shouldn't be writing this review, as I am afraid too many people will get to know about this place! This is such a beautiful, exquisite and well located place in Tuscany. I was there for 2 weeks this summer with my family and enjoyed every single day. The villa is impeccable, carefully decorated, I felt at home straight away! The housekeeper Bozena and her husband Paolo were so sweet. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We had time to visit some of the nearer villages and cities, and the rides there and back were beautiful! I highly recommend this place. We will come back! Thank you Alessandra for managing our booking and giving us all the nice tips for the local restaurants (My wife still reminds me of the incredible dinner we had at Giovana's !!! yummie!)

Total relaxion!

We were 9 persons ( 4 couples + 1 single ) who stayed in this villa and I still can't believe how lucky we were to find it!! With forests at the foot, the villa is situated on a hill opening a spectecular view on Tuscan rolling hills and a small ancient town Radicondoli. Every moment on the villa was unforgetable: starting with the deers we met in the forest arriving to the villa, designers dream interiors, making delicous grill and pizza and watching the sunset from the wonderful swimmimg pool and jacuzzi! We stayed only 4 days, but we found total relaxion during our stay and I would love to return and live here! Thank you Alessandra, Bozena and Paul!

Charming and marvelous

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura. Mi svegliavo al mattino jacuzzi e piscina e poi una colazione con pane toscano marmellata fatta in casa e miele comperato nel paese di bel forte accanto alla struttura.Appartamenti curati e pulitissimi tutti arredati con ottimo gusto, e dotati di cucina con tutti i confort,letti nuovi comodissimi!! Ho dormito benissimo.gli alloggi potrebbero essere benissimo per viverci tutto l'anno.I custodi sempre pronti e molto carini, Paolo ci accendeva il fuoco per il barbecue. Insomma ci vorremmo tornare presto, prestissimo

Spettacolare Tramonto!!!!

Wow! che luogo pazzesco!!! Per arrivarci una strada in mezzo al bosco sterrata! Un po' difficoltosa ma la nostra Bravo non ha avuto problemi! arriviamo e ci troviamo di fronte un panorama mozzafiato!!! E la sera il tramonto è da URLO!!!Fotografie reali che riproducono fedelmente la casa, bella e molto spaziosa all'interno con tutti i comfort. Sono stata con gli amici e ci siamo divertiti come dei matti! piscina grande, jacuzzi strepitosa e un'accoglienza calorosa dalla simpatica signora (Bogena?..scusate non so come si scriva..!) che ci ha aperto, spiegato tutto e da suo marito che ci accendeva il BBQ quasi tutte le sere! I dintorni sono meravigliosi e abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia in paese alla Pergola e all'Agriteca, sia dalla signora Giovanna alla Fattoria Paugnano! I tortelli fatti in casa sono imperdibili!! Insomma relax, natura, vino e cibo..! Una vacanza indimenticabile

per chi cerca un'esperienza autentica

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questa struttura godendo appieno della sua posizione isolata e riservata. Il casale si trova all'interno di un'area protetta a pochi minuti da Radicondoli, ed è il posto ideale per chi, come noi, è in cerca di tranquillità e relax. Dall'alto si gode di una vista eccezionale su Radicondoli e le colline circostanti, tutto un intervallarsi di campi coltivati e boschi. Data la stagione, non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina esterna, ma in compenso abbiamo approfittato della posizione strategica per esplorare i borghi circostanti e godere dei sapori e dei colori dell'autunno. Ottima anche la sistemazione: calda e accogliente, senza fronzoli ma arredata con gusto. consigliato a chi è in cerca di un'esperienza autentica (a giusta distanza da altre mete toscane, più costose e sopravvalutate).

Meraviglioso casale,per un relax tra pace e natura

Bellissimo casale nel cuore della natura,dove,con un pò di fortuna,potrete ammirare anche dei caprioli che scorrazzano nei dintorni,ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della buona cucina.Qui potrete "assaporare" il vero silenzio,spezzato solo dai suoni della natura...Radicondoli è un piccolo paesino molto caratteristico,dove il tempo sembra scorrere tranquillo e rilassato,che offre scorci toscani mozzafiato... La struttura è molto bella e ben attrezzata,le camere bellissime,ampii spazi,cucina dotata di ogni cosa,all'esterno,oltre ad un ampio spazio,barbecue,piscina e jacuzzi per un'esperienza indimenticabile tra la natura...tutto impeccabile,pulizia e cordialità...i custodi sapranno aiutarvi e consigliarvi per qualsiasi cosa,dalle escursioni,ai ristoranti...la speranza,la pergola,la giovanna o l'agriteca in piazza sono solo alcuni dei posti dove mangiare diventa un'esperienza unica ed indimenticabile... Adatta sia a ragazzi che famiglie,davvero consigliatissimo!!
