Housed in an old farmhouse, the 410m2 cottage offers 7 large main rooms. you can also enjoy the 10X5 heated pool, the proximity of the river and fishing, canoeing or paddle available to you. For the latter you will have access to the pontoon and six canoes and two paddles to go for a ride on the river 'LE LOT'.

DOUBLE POOL SAFETY:
To secure the maximum access to the pool, in addition to the alarm, a removable barrier approved NF-P90 -306 is established between the outer terrace and swimming pool so you can enjoy the outdoors in full security.

Great holiday home in a wonderful location

The property is very much as listed and we had a lovely 2 week stay. Swimming pool was used every day and the fussball table was also a hit with everyone. It was lovely to be tucked away with complete privacy despite being in a little village with neighbours. Overall everyone had a great time.

Overall had a lovely 2 week stay, experienced a few issues but were rectified very quickly by the owner. Lovely places to visit but not near to any restaurants. The Lot is not as picturesque as the Dordogne

Wij waren de eerste huurders van het seizoen. A Het zwembad en jacuzzi waren perfect gebruiksklaar en schoon, net als het huisje. Prima bedden. Tafelvoetbal en tafeltennis erg leuk! Ook de kano’s kunnen gebruiken. En voor de vissers op Karper of barbeel: vanaf de steiger is er prima te vissen! Dank

Belle propriété, au calme, bien aménagée avec des espaces de jeux pour les petits et les plus grands, et un petit plus avec les canoés pour se balader tranquillement sur le Lot. endroit parfait pour une semaine en famille

une maison offrant de nombreux loisirs pour toute la famille. De 7 a 77 ans, tout le monde y trouve de quoi s'amuser et se reposer. Le proprietaire est tres accueillant et prompt a solutionner nos maladresses (cles des canoes tombés au fond du Lot :). Une super semaine!

Ruime, gezellige woning met heerlijk zwembad

We hebben met 2 gezinnen (6 kinderen en 4 volwassenen) genoten van twee heerlijke weken. Het al wat oudere huis is ruim genoeg, leuk gezellig ingericht met prima bedden. Wij hebben vooral ook genoten van de buitenruimte met het zwembad met ligbedden, jacuzzi en de tafeltennistafel. Ook genoeg ruimte om buiten met z'n allen te eten/loungen. De aanwezigheid van 4 kano's en 2 supboarden was een extra pluspunt waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Alles was prima geregeld, kortom super vakantie! Bedankt!

Perfect spot for relaxation

Absolutely loved staying here. Jean Claude was a fabulous host - house was well equipped for cooking, outside area was fabulous (pool and hot tub) but we most enjoyed the river. We used the canoes every day and the paddle boards were a first for us but loved it. The village is remote but perfect for relaxing and chilling out with the family. Loved Jean Claude recommendations for restaurants in the near by villages ... loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is older, but clean. It didn't bother us, but the steps leading upstairs are creaky/noisy when used. The place has all the amenities for a great time! We used the pool, jacuzzi, ping pool table, fussball table, BBQ grill, raclette appliance, etc. The place is very roomy with a breakfast sun room and an outdoor eating area by the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and other items. We loved the nice big area around the pool and had a lot of fun in the pool! It was lovely to see the kiwi farm right next to the house. The owner, Jean-Claude, was very helpful with any questions. The location is a good hub for daily sight-seeing trips around the beautiful French countryside. Thank you Jean-Claude. A very enjoyable time!

Lovely huge villa

We thoughly enjoyed this villa which easily accommodated our two families with a huge pool.Rooms were very nice as was the whole villa with the kept French style that we wanted. Lots of games for the children to use and the ping pong table was never left untouched! The river Le Lot just a short walk away with great canoes to use.

Très bon séjour à Ladignac

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le gîte de M. Cantagrel. La maison est très spacieuse, bien équipée. La piscine a fait l'unanimité lors des journées de grosses chaleurs. Le baby foot et la table de ping pong ont été très appréciés par nos grands garçons. La mise à disposition des canoés pour des escapades sur le Lot est un vrai plus. Beaucoup de choses à visiter sans faire beaucoup de voiture (en général une 1/2 heure maxi) A recommander

Perfect holiday at the Lot

We rented this villa with 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids, for 1 week in july/august. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is clean, the beds are okay, the pool is great. Jean Claude is a perfect host.

Le gîte est vraiment spacieux convivial et confortable, ( rien ne manque pour la cuisine, et la plancha est géniale ) la piscine très grande , les équipements pour s'occuper sont très bien ( ping-pong, babyfoot et canoë ) .. les pièces sont redécorées au fil de l'eau..( un peu kitsch ) Bon accueil du propriétaire, région très sympa ) .. seul le WIFI est décevant ( pas assez efficace ) Un endroit pour passer des bons moments en famille et entre amis

agréable séjour

nous avons appréciés la maison, l ensemble des prestations permet en cas de mauvais temps de s'occuper. une amélioration au niveau de la sécurité de la piscine serait nécessaire sur la partie extérieur côté cours, c'est dommage car au niveau de la terrasse rien à dire.il manque des ustensiles, plats pour permettre de cuisiner sans souci surtout pour la cuisson. une parois de baignoire ne serait pas du luxe dans la salle de bain du bas pour éviter de mettre de l'eau au sol, ce n'est qu'un petit détaille. un accueil très agréable du propriétaire!
