Close to Hudson and Great Barrington, less than 2 hours from New York City. Near Rockwell Museum, Omi Art Ctr, Olana and other great cultural sites. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill and rec room includes TV and ping pong. Books and games for your pleasure. Fireplaces grace the livingroom and masterBR. New Yorker with a yen for the mountains. I use this home more than I rent it out, so it has all the comforts I like when I am taking a break from the heat of summer or sitting by a fire in the winter.

Why they chose this property

This property, aside from the million dollar view, is close to great restaurants, ski areas, culture and a quick trip from NYC and environs, yet secluded from all.

What makes this property unique

2 wood burning fire places, 20x40 pool, views, woods for hiking and lots of separate areas for privacy as well as a large space for family and friends. Great for family gatherings although house is not child proofed. Also, every room has a ceiling fan and the ridge has breezes all day long but the house has no AC except for a ductless in the basement.
