Very good stay

One relaxing month in Meloneras. We’ve been in this area before and very much enjoy the surroundings. The house was well equiped and clean. The host was fantasic and responded to all our questions in less than 10 minutes. Would like to come back soon!

Meloneras we love you

For us this holiday house had the perfect size and was at the perfect spot. Five minutes walk to Meloneras beach with its restaurants, 20 minutes (five min by car or 5 euros by taxi) nice beach walk to Meloneras shopping area (Pharo). We also liked the fact that we could use the H10 Bar and enjoy their evening entertainment 😊. We will most likely come back to this holiday house if available.

Communication with the owner/vendor was excellent, they replied to any query within the hour. We arrived 3 days late due to a flight cancellation but Conchi was there to greet us on our arrival. We were shown where everything was in the villa etc and given all the info we might require for our stay. They very kindly left us a bottle of wine and a bottle of water and some chocs which was a lovely touch. The villa itself is in need of a deep clean, especially the downstairs shower. I had to buy bleach to try and clean it. All round the edges of the tiles is very dirty. The kitchen was well equipped but the wall socket is loose and unsafe. There is also a loose socket in the second bedroom. Everything is just tired and needing updated. Only two sun beds in the garden, but we were a party of four adults. We were told we can go to the pool but we prefer the privacy of the garden. There is a solarium with amazing views but no furniture on it which seemed strange. The beds were comfortable and the lounge was comfortable, there was a great area outside for enjoying a drink or two, and the kitchen was well equipped. We also had a problem with the air con but this was dealt with very quickly after just one call, again great communication with owner. We were also granted late check out, no extra charge, thank you. It really is a shame because this could be a wee gem with just a wee bit money spent on it. It didn’t spoil our holiday but unfortunately we won’t return.

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Appartment sauer und ordentlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool ist riesig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren über Ostern 2025 zwölf Tage in dem Haus von Conchi. Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir eine nette Konversation. Ein paar Tage, bevor der Urlaub los ging, erhielten wir die Infos zum Check in. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich (an der Stelle noch mal ganz liebe Grüße an Lavinia). Für eventuelle Fragen oder bei Problemen hätten wir uns jederzeit an sie oder an Conchi wenden können. Das Reihenendhaus liegt ziemlich mittig in der Anlage direkt gegenüber von dem H10 Hotel. Die Siedlung ist relativ ruhig. Das Haus ist einfach, aber völlig zweckmäßig und ausreichend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt.Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Parkplätze sind an der Straße ausreichend kostenlos vorhanden.Bei Gelegenheit würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen.Vielen Dank auch noch mal an die Möglichkeit, am Abreisetag so lange zu bleiben, wie man möchte.

Frühling/Sommer kommen nun früher

Wir sind zu zwei hier angekommen und fühlten uns gleich sehr, sehr wohl. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, dem Häuschen fehlt nichts, selbst das Kochen machte Freude. Zusammenfassend: Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!!

Buen alojamiento con prestaciones básicas.

El sitio esta limpio y buena atención a la llegada/salida, -pudimos quedarnos unas horas mas de lo establecido., Aunque el apto contaba con lo imprescindible, faltaban detalles como, papel de cocina, botella de agua, detergente lavadora, etc., la TV antigua y no podiamos ver Netflix, etc., servicios estos que marcan la diferencia con otros alojamientos y no son tan caros de proveer.

Siento mucho que les haya faltado algún detalle pero lo tendremos en cuenta en lo sucesivo. La televisión tiene canal satélite con lo que hay acceso a canales diversos de todos los países. Neflitx nunca nos lo habían pedido ya que los huéspedes lo suelen ver en las tablets o portátiles. Agradecemos su opinión ya que nos ayuda a mejorar nuestros servicios .

Four of us in our 70s stayed for 4 weeks. Accommodation suited us very well. Good outside space both front and back. Large communal swimming pool. Easy walk to supermarket, a few restaurants and the beach. Good bus links to other parts of the Island. If visiting you must check out the Kopaz Tapas bar.

Sehr gute Lage. Besonders schöner aussenbereich

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. besonders den essplatz draussen haben wir gerne genutzt.allerdings mussten wir von anfang an gegen ameisen und kakerlaken im haus kämpfen. auch fehlten uns einige kleinigkeiten im haus. der Wäscheständer ist viel zu klein für 4 erwachsene und es fehlten wäscheklammern. Ein kleiner Hocker in jedem Bad wäre auch gut. Auflagen auf den sonnenliegen haben wir auch vermisst. Die Stromsteckdose in der Küche muss repariert werden.

Es tut mir sehr leid für diese Unannehmlichkeiten. Wir werden sie umgehend lösen. Das Thema Kakerlaken und Ameisen ist nicht sehr seltsam. Wenn es sehr heiß ist, ist es zweckmäßig, die Türen zu schließen, da sie vom Garten aus betreten werden können. Auf den Kanarischen Inseln Für die Luftfeuchtigkeit und die Hitze kämpfen wir die ganze Zeit damit. Wir werden eine Lösung finden. Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare

Spacious and well located

The property was a good size for our family of 4. We needed 2 separate bedrooms for our kids and these 2 were a good size. The living space was great, with good flow out onto the patio area and garden beyond. We didnt use the solarium mych, but the views were fantastic! We were really pleased with our choice. The pool on the complex is vast, though cool in February, while the kids pool felt like a bath in comparison. The property is about 400 yards from meloneras beach, which is nice and wasn't busy at all. It's also 400 yards from the nearest large supermarket which is handy. All in all, a very good property for what we needed.
