Californian style apartment in villa with wonderful view of the Gulf of Catania and the Etna Volcano, big terrace, garden, two double bedrooms, big living-dining room (with AC), separate small kitchen, bathroom with shower, satellite TV (free to air) and... quiteness.

Very quite context, within a privat complex of villas directly on the sea.
Perfect to associate a seaside holiday with splendid excursions to the most interesting cultural locations of Eastern Sicily.

The vacation rental is located at the "Baia dei Turchi" - Brucoli (province of Siracusa), sloping down to the sea, in a natural inlet of extreme beauty and immersed into the green.

It is close (5 minutes by car) to Brucoli, a small village already well known for its touristic attractiveness and that has not missed its first nature of fishermen's village. Brucoli is characterized by a long natural fjord, a Norman Castle (now also navigation light), shops, restaurants and pubs.

From "Baia dei Turchi" it is possible to reach the Augusta rail-station (10 minutes); the Catania Fontanarossa airport (20 minutes); Catania, Siracusa and the Sigonella NATO base (30 minutes); the Etna volcano and Taormina (60 minutes).

Praktische helle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Ferienhaussiedlung. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die helle Wohnung und der grosse Balkon bieten eine schöne Aussicht. Einkaufen ist nur ausserhalb der Siedlung möglich, deshalb bieten sich ein Auto an. Leider war während unserem Aufenthalt das Meer/Strand etwas schmutzig und die Eisenbahn verläuft direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotz den seltenen Zügen genossen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und antwortet schnell.

Herrliche Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre und zeichnet sich besonders aus durch ein sehr schön großes Wohnzimmer mit großen Schiebetüren vom Fußboden bis (fast?) zur Decke mit herrlicher Aussicht auf wunderschön blühende subtropische, für uns Norddeutsche besonders faszinierende Vegetation bis zum blauen Meer. Geht man ein paar Schritte in den Garten, sieht man sogar den Ätna in der Ferne. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig, überdacht und mit der gleichen schönen Aussicht. Leider konnten wir beides zu wenig genießen, da wir nur 4 Nächte dort waren. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt wegen ihrer Nähe zum Flughafen Catania , und als guter Ausgangspunkt sowohl für einen Tagesausflug nach Syrakus einschließlich ausführlicher Informationen dazu von Davide als auch zum Ätna. Besonders genossen haben wir den herrlichen Blick und die Ruhe bereits beim Frühstück am großen Wohnzimmertisch und am Abend nach unseren anstrengenden Ausflügen auf der Terasse. Davide war außerordentlich freundlich, geduldig, hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne, interessante Zeit. Gudrun Reisezeit Ende April 2018

Schöne FeWo am Meer

Es ist eine recht einfach gehaltene Ferienwohnung, welche allerdings abgeschieden von allem ist. Ein Auto wird zwingend benötigt. Wer lieber hart liegt, wird sich in den Betten wohlfühlen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, jedoch fährt der Zug hinter dem Haus regelmäßig entlang. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und bemüht. Es hat uns gut gefallen.
