Very nice house in the center of Albir and 100m from the sea
Very nice house and exposed to the sun from morning to night; summer and winter.
You can enjoy the lounge chairs, that's for sure!
Located at the corner of a street you have a much larger garden, airy and with beautiful palm trees
It is furnished with taste and with all the comforts
It has two porches that allow you to juggle the sun and eating out every day
As it also, you do not need a car, because you have everything to 100m, the beach, the sea, supermarkets, shops etc..
It is also a quiet place, although at the center of ALBIR
Albir is a small corner of paradise

At the ALBIR; it's a paradise. You have the best climate in Spain. The sun is always present. Because ALBIR is protected by a mountain range that generates this exceptional microclimate. You are 50m from the sea and 50m from the path that leads you to the mountains.
Furthermore ; you do not need a car. You are close to everything: the beach, the mountains, shops, restaurants.
It is an ideal place to rest, disconnect, enjoy life ...... at the edge of the sea, the mountain and bathed by the sun under a still blue sky.
ALBIR; there are people but; never the crowd. Due to the fact that it is forbidden to make buildings of more than 4 floors. So it's very lively but it's also very calm; very clean and well supervised by the police. It's a paradise.
