2- BR 1- Bath - Unit 329 #E Medallion Blvd. * Clean * Comfortably furnished Condo. This is a recently remodeled 2nd floor waterfront condo in the beautiful Madeira Beach Yacht Club , Florida - USA.

#1 BR: has a cozy queen size bed and a 22” flat screen tv/dvd with an awesome view of the water. #2 br has 2 -twin beds and also a 22” flat screen tv/dvd . Doors separate the 2- vanities from the toilet and shower area "Jack n Jill"- an interesting concept.

The kitchen has new appliances – flat top stove/oven, full size fridge, dishwasher , microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot water pot-for all you tea lovers! A great electric BBQ- grill which sits in the balcony… all you need is there to cook / serve and dine in on the cozy dining area glass table…..Or not..Also has a washer and dryer.

The living room with 2 comfy couches and a big flat screen TV looks out to the balcony -with a gorgeous view of the Intercoastal Waterway and docks.

Amenities : there are 2 heated pools, hot tub, fitness room, pool tables, 2+ fishing piers and Karaoke most Saturday nights!

Conveniently located within walking distance to everything you need: restaurants, bars and pubs, beautiful Madeira Beach just across gulf blvd. Take a $2.00 trolley up to Clearwater Beach or down to John’s Pass . Clearwater / Tampa airports are 15 and 25 miles away respectfully.
