It has two terraces with barbecue and garden furniture, each closed with a gate. In the residence, there are games for kids, basketball courts and volleyball, table tennis, petanque. Soulac sur mer is located 10 km from the Verdon where you can take the tray to Royan and zoo Palmire. We are in the Medoc wine country, vineyards and its castles to visit. Possibility to move only cycling through the many bike paths. Parent room is equipped with a 140 bed, the loft has two 90 beds possibly reconcilable. In the dining room there is a sofa bed 160. Sheets and towels are provided (possible rental subject to availability) The House is equipped with WIFI internet (Broadband) Good to know: With its seven kilometers of sandy beaches and four supervised beaches, Soulac SUR MER is the first resort of Aquitaine.

Great situation for the nearby beach, convenient for local amenities.

The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils,there were only three adults, one being elderly, so required the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom in the mezzanine let this property down, as there was limited headroom in the roof space and at the top of the stairs, making it difficult if you had to come down the stairs in the night. Good communication by the owner. Overall a pleasant stay.

Gemütliches kleines Reihenhaus ganz nah am Meer

Wir (Eltern,17jähriger Sohn und Hund) hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem kleinen Haus unweit der rauen Atlantikküste. Strand, Surfen, Sonnenuntergänge, Fahrradfahren, Einkaufsbummel- alles möglich durch Nähe zum Strand, tollen Fahrradwegen in der Region und hübschen Ortschaften mit Märkten und Festen. Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet (wie im Inserat angegeben). Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Lediglich der leicht feuchte Geruch war in den ersten Tagen etwas störend. Häufiges Lüften hat aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir würden wiederkommen:)

Urlaub in der Vergangenheit

Schönes Haus in LAmelie in einer Anlage die ich bereits schon einmal vor 35 Jahren besuchen durfte. Das Haus wurde vor einigen Jahren modernisiert. Die gezeigten Fotos stammen aus der Zeit nach der Renovierung.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die beiden Terrassen sind nicht einsehbar und Windgeschützt. Die Ferienhausanlage ist sehr gepflegt mit kleinem Spielplatz und einem Boulefeld.Das Haus war sehr sauber und trocken obwohl einige Wasserflecken an der Decke etwas anderes vermuten ließ. Kurze Wege zum Atlantik und zum kleinen Supermarkt auf dem Campingplatz nebenan. Auch die absolut beste Pizzeria Chez Gonzo ist auf dem Weg zum Atlantik fußläufig zu erreichen. Enttäuschung machte sich breit als wir feststellten, dass bei Flut kein Strand mehr vorhanden ist. Den hat der Atlantik weggespült oder aber der Meeresspiegel ist schon höher als vor 35 Jahren. Schöner Strand in Richtung Montalivet oder aber in Soulac. Bei Niedrigwasser ist genügen Strand vorhanden. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeberkurze Wege zum Strand

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison bien équipée dans résidence calme dans un cadre verdoyant. Plusieurs plages à proximité. Malheureusement il n'y a pratiquement plus de restaurants ou commerces directement à Amélie et il faut se déplacer à Soulac.

Idéal pour être au calme

Nous étions 2, nous n avons pas utilisé l étage. Bonne connexion wifi , c était bien car pas de réseau 4g nous sommes avec SFR. Appartement conforme à l annonce. Situé dans un lotissement vegetalisé, c était pratique car nous étions avec notre berger australien. Nous avons préféré la plage centrale à celle d Amélie. A noter communication très fluide avec le propriétaire. 3 restaurants et une supérette a proximité. Pas de hotte pour la cuisine il faut aérer , le canapé commence à être fatigué .

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

2 Schlafzimmer, plus Gästecouch, top ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, Küche top ausgestattet, eine kleine Terrasse gehört vor und hinter dem Haus dazu , bis zum Strand keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Restaurants, Bäcker , Supermärkte alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Hunde überall größtenteils erlaubt, Kilometerlange Sandstrände, jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet , einfach nur schön , auch zu erwähnen sollte man, mit dem Fahrrad kann man überall hinfahren , an den Stränden entlang oder sogar zu den Weingütern im Medoc Hinterland , einfach nur schön, besser als an der Cote d Azur 👍

Je vous remercie d'avoir pris de votre temps pour communiquer vos remarques. Je suis déçue que la maison n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. L'équipement de cuisine, mis à disposition, est prévu pour quatre personnes, de ce fait je ne comprends pas véritablement vos attentes dans ce domaine. Cependant, nous en prenons bonne note. Sachez que, depuis 2011, le prix de la location n'a pas été augmenté d'un euro ni d'un centime.

Ganz toller Urlaub, jederzeit wieder!

Super nah am sehr schönen, bewachten Strand mit tollem natürlichem Planschbecken bei Ebbe, optimal mit Kindern! Es gibt dort alles - kleinen Supermarkt mit Backstube, mehrere Restaurants von nobel bis take-away, auch alles zu Fuß mit kleinen Kindern schnell zu erreichen. Und nicht zu touristisch, sondern sehr idyllisch! Das Haus ist größer als erwartet und sehr funktional ausgestattet. Dominique hat immer prompt auf Anfragen reagiert und war sehr entgegenkommend. Merci et à une autre fois, on espère!

L'Amélie im September

Hervorragende Lage, sehr ruhig . Man hört das Meeresrauschen vom Haus, von der Terrasse aus. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig mit viel Natur.

Très joli logement, bien équipé, les vélos était un plus car partout en France il y avait la canicule et à soulac nous avons eu de la pluie fine et un temps orageux. Ce qui nous a permi de découvrir la région autrement😉 Ce fût néanmoins un très bon séjour

wunderschöne Residenz

Das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Für 6 Personen zu klein. Für 4 knapp und für zwei oder drei ideal. Tücher waren nicht vorhanden. Es ist aber sehr sauber und die Terasse mit Cheminée sehr gemütlich. Die ganze Anlage mit wunderschönen Bäumen gestaltet, man hört ständig das Meeresrauschen in der Ferne, die Wälder und die Strände sind endlos der Atlantik frisch, kurz: Wunderschönes Feriendomizil!
