Ivana was a helpful and kind host during our month long stay. We thought the amount of space and the proximity to town made this apartment a great value. We were there during the most recent historic heatwave. The AC in the main large bedroom works very well and that room will sleep 3 on the queen and the twin together. Be aware the separate bedroom with two more twins will not cool as much even with all doors open. There is also a decent amount of road noise as the home sits on one of the main roads into downtown. That said, we thought it was a wonderful place to stay. The outdoor spaces including the front balcony and the shaded garden patio were very useful. We had apertivos on the balcony and frequent dinners on the patio. The home is extremely walkable to literally everything - like 5-15 minutes to all the main beaches, the bike path, great restaurants and cafes. There is a great small grocery store at the base of the hill like 5 minutes away for easy shopping and a great cafe across the street for coffee and pastries or gelato. The kitchen is new and well equipped including a dishwasher, coffee machines of all types and pots and pans. My only complaints are the knives are all very dull and the non-stick pan needs replacing. There is also an easy to use up to date washing machine with hanging lines for drying right out back. We loved our stay and thanks to Ivana for being a wonderful host.
