You will have an excellent and peaceful stay. Spacious and well equipped house. You will feel at home. We regularly use our house with pleasure on weekends or for holidays. Quiet countryside, while being ideally located in the heart of a beautiful tourist region (Mont-Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint-Malo .... Your children can have fun in the large fenced garden and engage in large games of table football, table tennis, billiards ...
Great house in the country. Large living room with fireplace, a lounge with fireplace, 5 bedrooms. Large and pleasant not overlooked, suitable for children to play (games room with table tennis, football, darts, croquet, pétanque). The house is fully equipped. It can accommodate two couples with 4-5 children.
Quiet not overlooked. Close to wonderful sights within 20 miles: Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard, Dinan, the Rance estuary, the Emerald Coast ...
Easy access by motorway and train to Dol to 3. 5 kms.

Great location for a family get together. Plenty of space for everyone to gather and a beautiful part of Brittany for exploring (very easy to get to St Malo, Mont St Michel etc). Some little things could have improved the stay (there was a missing key that made it hard to access the pool, I wish they had provided towels for the pool as well as for showers, the clothes dryer wasn't working on our stay), but Francois was quick on communication and overall we had a great time and I'd recommend this house for similar visits/groups in the future.

Just what we needed

Plenty of space (except the kitchen is small), lots for the children both indoors and out, nice pool, interesting house in a very good location.

Thanks Clive. Nice that you enjoyed your holidays in our house. You are right the kitchen is too small. We have planned from October to January important renovation works. A new kitchen with large windows will be created in the garage that is on left of the house (25 m2) . It will communicate with the house, The kitchen will become the main entrance of the house. Lovely, large French country home

This house is wonderful! It was perfect for the 8 adult members of my family. We cooked dinner in the kitchen both nights we stayed. The area is charming, as is the house. House has 2 toilet rooms, plus 2 washrooms (one of which has a bidet and a tub shower), plus another full bathroom that has a toilet, bidet, and shower. Good WiFi. Full size fridge. Large garden. Worked well for the 2 dogs that were traveling with us. Plenty of parking. Large dining table. 4 stars because no one was expecting us, and thus the house had not been prepared and cleaned for us, nor were we initially able to get in. We had problems contacting the owner to get into the house. Eventually, about 1.5 hours after the 4 pm check-in time, the owner's mother, father, and housekeeper all showed up, let us in, and quickly cleaned the house while we enjoyed provided cider and crepes on the back patio. The problem was that they had not received their usual email reminder notice of our stay. All turned out well in the end, and the owner's family and housekeeper did a great job in getting the house clean and ready for us in a very quick and gracious manner. Oddity: One of the rooms, with 2 single beds, has a frosted full glass door, which is a little awkward and difficult at night with hall lights on. Also, could use a few more eating forks. There were exactly 8 forks, which proved tricky.

maison ancienne "dans son jus" mais fonctionnelle . Parfaite pour des tablées en famille/amis au coin du feu en automne . Problème de WIFI au cours du séjour , impossible de se connecter . Nous avons apprécié les crêpes a notre arrivée avec le cidre .

Charmante vieille maison de campagne

La maison est bien située pour faire plein d’excursions, elle possède un très grand jardin avec une superbe nouvelle piscine, chambre de jeux très bien équipée. Petite cuisine bien équipée et tout en état de marche Matelas très confortables, mais certains lits sont un peu courts. Le seul bémol, la maison aurait pu être un peu plus propre (étagères poussiéreuses, ….). Cependant, les sanitaires et la cuisine, etc. étaient plus propres et pouvaient être utilisés sans souci.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette maison et avons adoré notre séjour. L'espace à vivre est très grand et très convivial. On s'y sent bien. L'emplacement est idéal, nous avons pu visiter St Malo, Cancale, Dinan et le Mont Saint Michel. J'y retournerais volontiers avec un peu de soleil pour profiter du jardin 😊

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. La maison est très accueillante, spatieuse et bien équipée et nous avons apprécié sa fraîcheur en ces temps caniculaires. Le jardin est immense et très agréable. Seuls bémols : la balançoire et le mobilier de jardin un peu vétustes et l'absence de chaises longues. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, y compris quelques jours en amont pour échanger. La maison a été parfaite pour notre séjour familial, avec la visite du Mont St Michel et de St Malo. Je la recommande.
