Great location close to beach

We had a very enjoyable stay - the annexe was perfect for the family with children. Bikes, games, table tennis were great and the pool was fabulous. Highly recommended

Ideal Place for Families

Just loved staying here. The location is great and it all worked out for the thee families staying here. Really well equipped and the short stroll to the beach made for memorable evening walks with our grandchildren. Would love to repeat the experience.

Perfect stay in every way

The property was exactly as described and perfect for us. Check in and check out was straightforward. We loved every minute of our stay, in an area that we constantly return to, this was the best villa so far.

Excellent modern well presented property, fully and well equiped. Beach is an easy walk and Bourgenay golf course just up the coast. Perfect place for a holiday.

Super stay.

Absolutely loved this property and super location, right beside the sea. Great pool and plenty of room for a group of 10. Accommodation has everything you will need for a vacation. Bikes are a nice touch, very handy for a quick cycle into Jard Sur Mer. Some really nice restaurants nearby and not too far to travel (15 mins) to the nearest supermarket. Would gladly recommend.

gloriously private and you can even hear the sea

a lovely property with great facilities - multiple shaded spots to eat and relax, lots of sun loungers, really beautiful pool, very comfortable beds and plenty to do in surrounding area. Beach is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach which is through the pine trees and just beautiful, if a little rocky at low tide - perfect for rock-poolers! lots of lovely beaches within a cycle ride/short car ride, all along the coast, with plenty of local markets and small towns to visit. We explored a little of the local area, particularly markets and Les Sables D'Olonne, which were lovely. Thoroughly recommend!

Great property in a good location

We stayed as two retired couples. The accommodation was ideal with comfortable beds and good quality bedding. The kitchen whilst small was very good with a wide range of good quality equipment. The location is very close to the beach and there are a number of good restaurants within easy reach. Our only small issue with the accommodation was the rather uncomfortable lounge seating as mentioned by another reviewer but this is not enough to give less than 5 stars in our opinion. We had a couple of issues with the cleaners. No tea cloths or initial black waste bag were provided. In addition we advised the owner that we would leave at 10.00. At just past 09.00 the cleaners arrived and wihout any reference to us started cleaning whilst we were packing to leave. Not ideal. Despite these small issues we would certainly return as we enjoyed our stay.

villa comme dans le descriptiftrés bien équipée et propre les propriétaires sont très arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivéela villa est bien située dans un quartier calmeseul bémol, la difficulté d'ouvrir la bâche recouvrant la piscine à notre arrivée.il serait préférable que la piscine soit débâchée à l'arrivé des clients (mais je peux comprendre que par mesure de sécurité cela ne soit pas systématiquement fait.)nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Vacances à Saint Vincent sur Jard

Nous avons passé une merveilleurse semaine, la maison est vraiment très bien équipée, nous avons surtout profité des extérieurs (piscine chauffée à 29°, 2 coins aménagés à l'ombre pour les repas, chaises longues en nombre suffisant pour toute la famille) car le soleil était omniprésent. La maison est toute proche de la mer, d'ailleurs on entend les vagues ! Les restaurants ne manquent pas , on vous conseille le Transat, le Canoa et le gaya, les 3 ont vues sur la mer. Il y a des marchés tous les jours à proximité, bref c'était top

Great house and brilliant location!

This was a great property for us - 2 families of four. Lovely pool and outdoor area - we enjoyed cooking and eating outside. Great location, quiet but right next to beach and close to local centre. Kids loved the table tennis and there was a wide selection of bikes to use. Off road parking and all the facilities you need for a family holiday!

Sans fausse note

intérieur fonctionnel avec cuisine donnant directement sur l'extérieur c'est parfait, le jardin est très bien agencé avec piscine chauffée il est composé de plusieurs ilots abrités du soleil pour le petit déjeuner, pour dîner, pour prendre l'apéritif, pour bronzer, bref on s'y sent bien ah oui et sans vis a vis. Les 10 vélos à disposition nous avons beaucoup apprécié aussi.
