Apartment with pool and stunning landscape

Tranquil environment in harmony with the countryside of Tuscany. The house looks out onto a cool porch that overlooks a spacious garden with gravel and grass bordered by a colorful rose garden. There is a picturesque sunset. .

It is part of the Agriturismo Giulia which includes one other apartment with a similar shape. They share a lovely Pool, which offers a stunning view on the countryside.
As well as boccie ball court , table tennis and a relaxing area with hammocks.
In 2025he pool is opened from Mai to October.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 small studio with a single bed, 2 full bathrooms with shower, the living with a double sofa-bed equipped with fireplace, the kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, big fridge with frizer, microwave and all kind of tools.
The laundry room is located outside.

Just around the corner (1 minut far) the Chiosco dei Renai offers appetizers, dinners ,.....with view, according to the season.

Ideally located to reach the most important art cities: Florence 46 km, Siena 52 km, Pisa 65 km, and places of historic and artistic interest as Certaldo, 10 km, S. Gimignano 19 km, Vinci to 28 km, Volterra 35 km.
Nearby (3-10 km), shops, restaurants, riding stables and tennis courts, railway station to reach important cities like Florence and Siena.

Que du bonheur !!!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique propriété en terres toscanes, perchée sur une colline un peu en dehors du centre du village. Nous avons pu profiter du calme et de magnifiques points de vue. La maison est magnifique, bien équipée, parfaitement agencée et joliment meublée. Deux salles d'eau avec toilette, douche et évier sont parfaites. Les chambres sont jolies et dotées d'une bonne literie et armoire/commode en suffisance. Un joli coin terrasse couvert avec vue vous permet de passer d'agréables moments de détente ou repas. Toutes les portes et fenêtre de la maison sont équipées de moustiquaires qui sont bien utiles. La zone piscine, située à quelques dizaines de mètres de la maison, est équipée d'un bassin d'une belle taille avec deux zones de profondeur différentes. Plusieurs chaises longues, couverts et parasols complètent parfaitement le tout. Et je finirais par le meilleur : l’accueil. Nous avons été reçus par Cinzia et Katia qui sont adorables. En plus de nous faire profiter de produits locaux, elles ont été d'excellents conseils. En plus d'être disponibles en permanence, elles ont toujours et complètement répondu à nos attentes. Leurs sourires et leur bonne humeur font d'elles de magnifiques ambassadrices des lieu et de beaux rayons de soleils... On ne peut que les aimer !!! N’hésitez pas , le rapport qualité-prix est correct.

Wonderful holiday in Tuscany

Cinzia and Katia gave us such a warm welcome. The villa was just lovely - clean and well equipped and it was so nice to have a real fire every evening. The villa is set in such beautiful countryside and has lovely gardens and a pool. The added touches of local wine and a wedding gift for our daughter and her fiancée was just lovely - thank you so much for a wonderful, friendly welcome - it really was a holiday to remember. Très belle maison, la description correspond parfaitement. Très bien entretenu en très propre. Propriétaires très sympathique et serviable. Vue magnifique avec beau coucher de soleil. La grande piscine avait chaque jour un entretien par le propriétaire lui-même. Environnement rurale, mais idéalement situé en Toscane et á 3 km du village. Dans un mot: hautement recommandé pour une vacance avec la famille!!

Un petit coin de Paradis

Maison conforme à l'annonce : bien équipée, propre, idéalement située, spacieuse, au calme... les propriétaires sont disponibles et très accueillantes : petits cadeaux faits maison à notre arrivée (vin et huile d'olive) et durant notre séjour ( viennoiseries le matin du 15 aôut) nous conseillerons fortement cette location à notre entourage.

Un endroit de rêve !

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours magnifiques à la villa. Encore mieux que sur les photos. La maison à été rénovée avec goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. La tranquillité est appréciée, seul petit bémol, le chien du voisin qui a jappé toute une nuit mais il s'est tranquillisé par la suite. Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins avec nous et ils entretiennent la maison de façon impeccable. L'emplacement très judicieux pour visiter la Toscane. Nous y retournerions n'importe quand !

Agréable et bien située

Location conforme à l'annonce, bien située et bel environnement. Maison agréable et accueil chaleureux. Seule petite remarque, la vaisselle souffre un peu du manque de soins apportes par les locataires précédents, il a fallu relaver tout ce que nous avons utilisé. À part cela, nous conseillons cette location bien située pour visiter la Toscane.

Gîte magnifique - prix justifié

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce gîte magnifique qui répond parfaitement à la description qui en est faite. Le gîte LAVANDA a été rénové avec goût et est très fonctionnel et bien équipé! La piscine est grande et splendide et entretenue quotidiennement par les propriétaires. Le gîte est très bien situé et à proximité de belles villes (Sienne, Florence, San Giminiano, Lucca, Pise, ...). La cerise sur le gâteau est l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins.

Le gîte est tout à fait conforme à la description et les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse. La piscine est vraiment idyllique et Kattia et Cynthia répondent à la moindre de nos attentes. En résumé: un endroit de rêve.

"Favoloso! Il soggiorno restera'' per sempre nei nostri ricordi! L''allocation e'' fantastica: sul cucuzzolo di una dolce collina, circondata dal verde e da un giardino curatissimo. Il rustico e'' in realta'' una villetta deliziosa, curata nei minimi particolari, arredata con ottimo gusto. L''ospitalita'' delle proprietarie, le signore Cinzia e Katia, sia nell''accoglienza che nel momento del congedo, e'' stata a dir poco eccezionale! Peccato aver trascorso solo 4 giorni. Non manchera'', comunque, occasione per ritornarci: l''ubicazione e'', tra gli altri aspetti positivi, di estrema vicinanza a luoghi di forte richiamo turistico, (San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, Firenze, San Miniato, Vinci, solo per citare i piu'' conosciuti). Sicuramente non solo da consigliare, ma da far conoscere!"

Accueil hyper chaleureux des 2 propriétaires même si elles ne parlent pas bien le français, nous avons toujours su nous faire comprendre!! Idéal pour visiter la Toscane, notamment Pise,Florence, Sienne.... Idéal pour les enfants, jardin spacieux et grande piscine avec de nombreux jeux. Il serait tout de même judicieux d''indiquer la propriété par un panneau dans Castelfiorentino car la localité RENAI est difficile à trouver sans GPS. Que du positif !!!! on y retournerait dès demain...."
