Schöne Aussicht

Schöne Aussicht hatten wir. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch. Das Eine oder Andere war nicht mehr das Neueste, aber alles im Allem haben wir den Urlaub dort sehr genießen können. Man sollte sich aber genau an die Hausordnung halten und das Wetter im Blick haben. Uns wurde leider im Nachgang die Reinigung von Sitzauflagen in Rechnung gestellt. Diese wurden durch den Regen Nass.

Nice place but...

The house and the pool were clean, and the place was lovely. However, we hadn’t got privacy. Owners come and go whenever they wanted, saying they needed to “fix things” (those things should be fixed before…). We asked them once to come for the gas because both the kitchen and the hot water worked with gas (they said they refilled it at the beginning). It was OK, they filled it again. But have this in mind if you go with a lot of people. On the website they say that they speak Spanish but they don't talk to much in Spanish and we have to talk in english. The owner and the person who attend us wasn't the same person. On the worst side, they tried to charge the deposit without reason (no photos or other proof) and not answering why was that. Basically, they tried to deceive and swindle us 300€.

La maison est très bien, l'accueil c'est bien passé, les gardiens sont des gens adorable. L'annonce précisait que la climatisation était présente, mais quelques jours avant d'arriver nous avons reçu un mail nous disant qu'il fallait payer pour pouvoir l'utiliser. A la fin du séjour nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de recevoir un avis de débit concernant l’électricité. Ce n'est le montant de ces ajouts qui nous a déçu mais le procédé. Cela serait moins désagréable si ces frais supplémentaire était indiqué dés le départ. Dans le cas contraire on a l’impression que les propriétaire cherche a grappiller plus d'argent. Cela n'a pas gâcher nos vacances loin de là mais c'est bien dommage

Une villa niché dans les collines, très spacieuse et commerces à proximité. Idéale pour un séjour au calme loin du tumulte des grandes villes espagnole côtière.

Des vacances au top nous reviendrons

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours au mois d’août, tout c’est très bien déroulé de la réservation à la restitution de la caution. Un grand merci à Aurélie et son papa pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse du début à la fin. La villa est conforme aux photos, bien située, la climatisation dans toute la maison est très appréciable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et on s’est vite senties comme dans une maison familiale plus qu’en location. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Très bonne vacances en « famis »

Super séjour dans la villa ,coin très calme et maison spacieuse nous avons passé 2 semaines entre amis . la villa était impeccable à notre arrivée Le coin barbecue est très appréciable (Peut être un lavabo à rajouter) Les propriétaires toujours à l’écoute Et très disponible à tous moments. A fantastic villa in a quiet spot - perfect for a small group of friends and couples

This is a really lovely villa in very quiet development overlooking a quiet town. The owners clearly love the property, and air-con in every bedroom is extremely welcome. The barbeque area is fantastic, there's a great mix of sun and shaded areas around the property and enough private space if you want some time to yourself. For future guests, I would recommend asking lots of questions in the build up to your holiday. The villa is split into two self-contained units (very common), but the listing doesn't explain this. We booked the villa as a group of five (one couple, three single people), but the owners assumed that we would only need three of the five advertised bedrooms and hadn't realised we would need both 'parts' of the villa. It was relatively quickly resolved when we arrived to check in, but we were very grateful for our Spanish speaking friend! I'm absolutely certain that had we spoken with the owners more in the build up, we could have solved it in advance, it was just a communication mix up. The local Spanish team were also very nice to deal with and keen to tell us about Orba and the fiesta that was happening that week. Thank you for letting us use your home, we'd love to come back again!
