Lovely, quiet, convenient place in Padua

We used this apartment as a base for visiting Padua and Venice. It’s a short walk from the tram that goes through Padua and to the train station. Both tram and train are easy to use and run very frequently, so you don’t need a car get around. Also a short walk to the grocery store and several restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Also Lucia was very gracious when we absentmindedly locked ourselves out!

Schönes, sauberes Appartement, nette Vermieter.

Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Auch die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, was z.B. Empfehlungen zu Venedig und Padua anging. Es gab eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Auto. Die exakte Adresse haben wir auf der Reservierungsbestätigung von Fewo-direkt nicht finden können und hatte dazu nochmal mit der Vermieterin vorab Kontakt aufgenommen, was aber gut geklappt hat. Alles in allem: Ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub in Padua!

1 seul bémol : la terrasse qui se situe à l'arrière de la maison et le stationnement.

Bonne expérience. Bien pour 2 personnes (dommage pour la terrasse et le stationnement) mais pour 4 ??? Pas de lave vaisselle ni de lave linge.

Gemütliche, saubere Unterkunft

Waren im Juni als Familie (vier Personen) für sechs Tage in Venetien. Nutzten diese hübsche kleine Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Sightseeingtouren. Sehr zentral gelegen für Ausflüge nach Padua, Venedig, Verona oder auch an den Gardasee. Wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Vermieterin Lucia und ihrem Mann Roberto empfangen. Sie gaben uns sehr gute Tips für unsere Ausflüge. Auch empfahlen sie uns verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Appartamento fantastico

Siamo una coppia suedese. Abbiamo affittato l´appartamento durante 11 giorni e siamo molto contenti di nostro soggiorno qui. L´appartamento è situato in una zona molto tranquilla ma è facile giungere il Centro con il tram. C´è una fermata a cinque minuti a piedi dal appartamento. Lucia e Roberto sono molto gentili e servizievoli e noi hanno dato molti buoni consigli e informazioni. L´appartamento con un ingresso separato e pulitissimo. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Le camere sono grandi e comode con letti molto confortevoli. Noi ringraziamo Lucia e Roberto e raccomandiamo veramente un soggiorno qui. Agréable et très facilitant

Appartement très bien situé pour accès au tram et à un grand marché d'alimentation en quelques minutes. L'aller en tram au centre de Padoue ou à la gare se fait en 10-15 minutes et selon horaire l'aller en train à Venise en environ 25 minutes. Appartement confortable, quartier tranquille, propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y retournerions sans hésiter.

Une location charmante

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cet appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison dont les propriétaires occupent le premier étage. L'appartement est indépendant, propre et situé dans un quartier calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les photos reflètent fidèlement la réalité. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentifs à nos demandes. Roberto parle français. Une superette est à 100 m où l'on trouve l'essentiel et même du pain. Sinon, à 5 min. de voiture il y a un supermarché INTERSPAR. Le tram pour se rendre dans le centre de Padoue est à 200 m. Bars et restaurants à proximité. La location était conforme au descriptif et son prix tel qu'affiché. Je la recommande sans réserve.

Logement très correct et confortable, conforme à la description. Les propriétaires sont charmants et la location très bien située, dans un lotissement calme et à 15 min en tram de Padova (2 min à pied de l'arrêt de tram). L'ensemble est également à 5 min en voiture de l'autoroute, et est très bien situé pour découvrir la Vénitie : Venise à 30 min, Vicence également, Verrone à moins d'une heure. En plus, le prix est très correct. Nous recommandons fortement ! Sarah & David

Eigenaren Lucia en Roberto waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Appartement was ruim, netjes en schoon.. De tram was vlakbij, ideaal voor vervoer naar het mooie centrum van Padova, of voor vervoer naar station en per trein naar bv Venetië.

"Très bonne location qui correspond à la description et au prix demandé. Lucia et Roberto, les propriétaires, sont très aimables et serviables. (De retour en France, nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous avions oublié un passeport dans un magasin de Padoue, ils sont allés le récupérer et nous l''ont aussitôt fait parvenir par la poste). Par ailleurs, pour les vacanciers qui viennent en voiture, la location est parfaite: il y a de la place pour se garer, le quartier est calme et pourtant à quelques centaines de mètres d''un accès à l''autoroute qui dessert toutes les grandes villes touristiques des environs."
