We were satisfied, a lot of space for 4. Nice appartment near Cagliari but without its noise.

The host was very communicative, however, the house was not very clean when we arrived. There were cobwebs in corners and dust buildup on surfaces, the dishes all had a residue on them, and there was a mildew smell in the bathrooms. One of the two air conditioners did not function, so our accommodations were very hot. This place has potential but needs more attention and maintenance. It appears that nobody confirmed the state of the house to make sure it was ready before our arrival. Great location. Beautiful yard. Cannot reccomended under these circumstances unfortunately

Jan is right, this situation was not usual for me because I was out of Italy when he arrived and the previous guest was in the house for a lobg stay so I couldn't check personally everything in the house...I trusted him when he said everything was working, as well as the girl charged of cleaning... but I shouldn't have. It won't happen again. I tried to get the air conditioner fixed, but—quite understandably—after two unsuccessful attempts, Jan didn't want to be bothered a third time. I apologize personally and will offer Jan some form of reimbursement.

Urlaub in Capoterra
