Amazing space for three generations!

We stayed here with our 79 y/o parents and our 12/13 year olds and it was perfect for the whole crew! Location is great, pool is right next to the condo and the beds were comfy for all. Three bathrooms was a huge help. We would definitely rebook this and are already thinking about returning next year.

So wonderful when a vacation stay exceeds your expectations. Lovey condo development with view over golf course and distant water. Sunsets were spectacular ! Very peaceful in late September. Best property management communication that I have experienced in years of vacationing. From the minute we booked to departure, all information was clear and deeply appreciated. We had one “ challenge “ with microwave not working and we’re notified that replacement would be sent. This was handled in less than 24 hours. The property management team was so gracious and professional. Please note : There is a narrow spiral staircase up to 3rd bedroom . Not a problem for “ younger and/or fit “ individuals . Nice part is that there is a bathroom with shower in that loft bedroom . We will return in a heartbeat . Mahalo ~ Nancy

lovely spot on the island

This is a very nice condo overlooking one hole of a golf course, but more important, with a western overlook of the ocean. Sunsets from the veranda here are glorious. The apartment is nicely furnished and laid out, and cooking for ourselves was no problem in this kitchen. The only cavil is that the spiral staircase up to the loft is a very tight fit especially if you are trying to take up any luggage. The unit is clean and well-kept. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful Keauhou Bay condo

This condo was fantastic for 6 of us. It is a spacious unit with 3 real beds and 3 full baths at a great price. The location is fantastic - we used the nearby KTA supermarket multiple times during our trip to prepare many of our own meals. The kitchen is well equipped. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the golf course landscaping crew is out early so it can get noisy for late risers. Not a problem for us as our bodies were running on Pacific Daylight Time. There is also road noise for the bedroom by the front door, even with all the windows shut the sound still comes through. The views are beautiful from both the lanai and the loft. Management was very responsive!

It’s been 20 years since visiting Kona

Great condo for a long over due family visit to Hawaii. We enjoyed the pool, close by, and the hot tub. Loved having a washer and dryer available. Close shopping nearby and appreciated use of the bbq and the fully appointed kitchen!

Fantastic golf course condo with ocean view

We loved this condo! My wife and I had our two kids (12 and 14) and our newborn baby, plus our niece. The condo had everything we needed to stay comfortable including AC in each room, lots of ceiling fans, all the cookware you could want, a great bbq and very comfortable lanai with beautiful ocean views. The pools at the property were perfect for our kids as well with the South Pool having more amazing views. The condo is easy to access and the rental company called to check in and respond to any issues. You can tell it’s owners care for it as it’s very nicely decorated with great, comfortable furniture. We would love to book this unit again for our next trip!

Great Family Get Away

We rented 4 condos with our families. Perfect for this kind of stuff. They are centrally located so you can take short drives to all the best places. Our unit was super clean, had AC, and even had an APP where we could quickly talk with the owner, get items, etc. Ours had a loft, which is a third bedroom. Great when we have our baby sleeping in one room, toddler in another, and mom and dad need to get away!

Great property, comfortable well equipped, great views especially of sunset and the odd whale beaching.handy for shopping and a rew restaurants. Only problem was that code didn't work when we arrived. We had to call agents luckily we arrived before 5 so it was rectified quickly so not a great issue.

Excellent place to call home for a week

Hassle free, start to finish. Lots of pride in ownership on display from kitchen furnishings to decor throughout the condo. Called property manager for a few minor things not affecting our stay but because the place was kept in great shape. Dishwasher failed to drain on the sixth night and someone was out the next day. We stayed in same complex in 2005 and were delighted the interiors were updated.

Cute 3 bedroom, 3 bath lofted condo just a couple of minutes away from great beaches and tourist area. Yet far enough away if you want quiet. Listed exactly as described. Beautiful Place!

The condo was Great! Well stocked kitchen, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrella.....so much more! It is in a great location and the view from the Lanai was wonderful! Very comfortable! My only downside would be that there was a few gaps (openings) in the blinds in the Master. This caused privacy issues when people were out on the Lanai and we were sleeping in or getting dressed! Also the railing upstairs along the windows is Very Loose! We had to rearrange sleeping and have our younger Granddaughter sleep with her parents due to the safety issue. I noticed another reviewer had complained months ago regarding this and we thought it would have been repaired.....it was not! I really hope that this is repaired before someone gets hurt! But overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space! It would have given 5 stars if the railing was repaired! It is close enough to the busy town area....close to Captain Cook and to many beaches. We had such a wonderful vacation and were able to show our family and friends why we LOVE the Big Island so much! Mahalo!!

It was great to see beach chairs, snorkel gear and everything else you'll need for a long day at the beach. The location is great. We enjoyed a day of golf right outside our doors and spent lots of time in the pool every evening with the grandkids before they were off to bed. We were a little frighten upon arrival of the spiral staircase and the railing on the upstairs loft. We found it loose and were worried about the small children in our group getting hurt. After some rearranging we chose to block them from the upstairs all together. My only complaint would be the water pressure. It took quite a long shower to get all the sand out. Oh any you may want to move the metal art work that is displayed in the lania. Our first day there as my husband was walking past it he sliced a large cut in his head from it. We chose to take it down while there and put it back up when we left. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much, I only wish it could have been longer.
