Beautiful and warm 120m² duplex, ideally located "ski to door".
Excellent access to Serre Chevalier skiing domain and 10 minutes' walk to the fortified old center of Briançon.

Lovely apartment

Lovely comfortable apartment in a fantastic location just 4 minutes walk to the gondola and sky slopes. Excellent kitchen with ample plates/cups etc. The lady who met us went above and beyond by meeting us at the train station and taking our cases for us. Would deffinately recommend this property.

Aucun souci sur l’accueil au contraire, on nous a même gentiment et le proprietaire a toujours été très joignable. en revanche l’appartement a fort potentiel n’est pas bien entretenu. Sejour d une semaine tres agreable dans un logement situé en bas de Briancon. Logement spacieux avec un espace enfants tres agréable leir permettant de jouer et de s etaler comme bon leur semble.tres lumineux avec tout le materiel necessaire pour etre a son aise, ce logement est vraiment tres bien.Si nous devions indiquer un petit axe d amelioration, ca serait la verification de la propreté de la vaisselle qui doit etre laissee a l bienseance des occupants précédents et qui n etait pas tres propre...de plus, lorsqu il y a plus de 2 personnes dans le logement, 2 trousea8x de clefs pourrait etre utile...En dehors de cela, nous avons passe un excellent sejour...merci a vous

Bon séjour dans un appartement familial agréable et très bien situé nécessitant meilleur entretien .

Appartement très bien situé ( pistes, ville), lumineux, agréable, bien équipé. Mériterait un meilleur entretien immobilier : une seule vraie salle de bain, la deuxième salle d’eau très petite et basse de plafond, 2 cuvettes de WC cassées, store du séjour cassé, plainte de placard décollée, calicot plafond décollé, mousseurs robinets entartrés, filtre lave vaisselle non nettoyé.

Grand appartement très bien situé

Location très sympathique avec un grand salon et une grande cuisine. Très bien situé à côté des remontées et des commerces. L appartement est très bien équipée. Par contre, il n' y a que deux chambre qui ferme avec une porte. Les deux autres sont une dans la salle de jeu et l autre est une mezzanine.

Très bien mais avec un peu de rénovation à assurer

L'appartement est vaste et agréable (nous étions 4 mais je pense que même à 8, on ne se marcherait pas dessus). Il a du cachet (la très grande pièce de vie est très sympa, la mezzanine). Il est très bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, etc.). facile d'accès, parking privatif, proximité du marché, du téléphérique. Par contre il est un peu dommage que le minimum d'entretien matériel ne soit pas fait (cuvette d'un wc cassé et sans doute depuis un bail, idem pour plusieurs stores qui sont visiblement abimés depuis un certain temps...). A noter qu'une partie de l'appartement est sur plancher et on ressent les vibrations d'une machine à laver (je suppose) d'un appartement du dessous dans une des chambres et quelques bruits parasites. Ceci étant, rien de bien gênant. on a passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement.

The apartment is located near the centrum of Briancon and only 5 minutes walk from the Prorel gondola. It could have been a better bathroom with a heated floor or electric radiator, especially for the smallest bathroom / WC. The room in front of the 2 double rooms and the loft, should have had a double bed and a little better shielding against nearby rooms. By the way, we are very pleased with the apartment and can happily recommend this to others who want a good location for proximity to the ski lift and restaurants / shopping

Mooi en ruim appartement

We gaan nu al een paar jaar skiën in Frankrijk en nog nooit hebben we zo’n groot appartement ter beschikking gehad. Ideaal voor de kids (veel ruimte). Goed uitgeruste keuken. Sanitair kan iets beter (ouderwets/niet altijd warm water)

Great apartment in Briançon

This apartment is a strange layout but worked well for us. The main living area is fantastic with plenty of space. We had friends staying near by and there was plenty of room to entertain. The ski lift is a very short walk. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Appartement spacieux et idéal pour 2 familles (nous étions 2 couples avec 3 enfants donc 7 au total). La situation est TOP car proche du centre et des remontées mécaniques du Prorel. Par contre les points d'amélioration sont: La propreté, le manque d'entretien, le manque d'eau chaude et la gestion du timing de la personne de confiance pour l'accueil qui avait plus d'une demi heure de retard à notre arrivée malgré nos échanges SMS au préalable.

Jolie Appartement trés bien situé

Nous avons logé à deux familles dans cet appartement très jolie. Pratique, bien équipé (internet, cuisine, machine à laver....) il est très bien placé, à 5 min à pied du télécabine de Prorel et de l'ESF. Avec 4 enfants en bas âge, la salle de jeux était une excellent idée ! Nous conseillons vivement ce logement, et nous y reviendrions bien volontiers !

Toujours aussi génial !!

C'est la quatrième fois que nous venons dans cet adorable et spacieux appartement aux allures de loft/châlet. Outre l'accueil téléphonique de Marion & Yannick et celui de Laurence sur place, ce que nous appréçions avant tout, c'est la proximité du télécabine Prorel, à tout juste 5 mn qui nous mène en moins de 10 mn au sommet de Serre Che' ... et le retour se fait quasiment ski aux pieds .... Quant à l'après ski, tout est sur place: casino en face, supermarchés, restos, bars, cinémas, etc Cerise sur le gâteau: même en Janvier, beau temps et neige d'enfer ... Nous revenons dès Avril !
