The terraced house with a wide, private garden and separate entrance in a residence with swuimming-pool is located in Finale Ligure, a town in the western Ligurian Sea. Town on the sea, but also town of historical and artistic interest, famous the Castle Govone (built in 1188, with the Tower of Diamonds of 1456), Castello San Giovanni, the Fortress of Castelfranco, the archeologic Museum and the nearby Borgio Verezzi Caves. Place of departure for hiking tours, biking or horseback riding, trekking, archaeological trails.
The apartment is part of a residence, surrounded by greenery, with beautiful panoramic sea view.
Separate entrance, large private garden. Large dining room with sofa bed, furniture, extension table, TV. Two dead-end bedrooms: one room with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and another bedroom with bunk bed (two single beds) and a possible third single bed, a large chest of drawers. Bathroom with window, bathtub, washing machine, boiler for hot water. Heating system. Patio and equipped garden with charcoal barbecue, outdoor furniture, deck chairs, parasol. An infinity swimming pool for adults and another pool for children, with clear and clean water and with the assistance of a lifeguard, running from June 15 to September 15. Available parking space. You can use the bus to go to town or the beach without using your car and without, therefore, parking problems in town. The bus stops near the house. The apartment is situated on a gentle slope at 400m. above sea level and about 2 km.from the town and the sea: 20 'walking and about 5' by car.

Why they chose this property
This vacation home offers the opportunity to enjoy a large private garden well maintained and decorated with flowers and garden furniture, the possibility of getting a good barbecue and enjoy it watching the sea, the chance to take a swim in the pool, if the sea is rough. Moreover you can go to the village or to the sea using the convenient shuttle bus, with its many rides and low cost, without having the hassle of finding a parking space, always a bit difficult in the summer months, in order to free from daily stress. In addition Finale Ligure has beautiful beaches, also free, with clear sand and with the clear sandy bottom of the sea.
The house is situated in a great location to ride, walk or bike the trails of San Bernardino,that can be travelled over,in every season,thanks to the mild climate, giving fine emotions between the green of the Mediterranean, where are breathtaking tracks of "freeride and downhill" or participating in the championship of the world famous "Superenduro." Nearby there is the famous Bric Pianarella, known as "Paretone", for the lovers of free climbing.
