The complex is across the street and very near 8 of Maui’s best beaches: Keawakapu, Ulua/Makapu (great snorkeling and start of a 3 mile walking path to the Fairmont Kea Lani), Kamaole I, II, & III beach parks, Wailea beach, Makena beach, Po'olenalena and many more. Fantastic restaurants and shopping, WOW entertainment on Wednesdays, at the Shops at Wailea. All within walking distance or a quick drive.

WELCOME SUPPLIES for our guests includes: Coffee/tea, coffee filters, new kitchen sponge, 1 roll paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent/pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, soft hand soap, shampoo, body wash and hand sanitizer. Cleaning supplies., Misc. seasonings, salt/pepper, condiments and other food items may be available.

SUPPLIED ITEMS: Beach chairs, microfiber beach towels, umbrella, totes, coolers/ice chests, ice packs, some snorkel and beach toys, boogie boards (which may vary) are provided for our guests use.

Extra measures have been taken to sanitize the condo, but we welcome our guests to bring extra hand sanitizer, wipes and any cleaning supplies (or purchase on island) to make yourself feel more comfortable. We also have cleaning supplies for your use.

Enjoy all The Palms at Wailea has to offer with a location close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Take a dip in the salt water pool, enjoy the views, or just sit back on your private lanai for morning coffee, meals or the drink of your choice.

Conveniently located in Wailea with access to top rated resorts, spas, tennis and golf facilities; shopping (The Shops at Wailea) and restaurants abound. Quiet and relaxing location for that well deserved get-a-way, work-cation, rest or play.

Fantastic weather in South Wailea. The trade winds create cooling breeze throughout the unit. Fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare your meals or dine out.

Love to walk... take a leisurely stroll to the tropical pool with a waterfall features in the garden area. There is also a path that takes you down to Keawakapu beach area. Use our coolers, beach bags, chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. (supply may varies) Enjoy spectacular beaches and soft white sand within walking distance. Keawakapu Beach is one of our family favorites. It's also a fantastic running or walking beach and kid friendly. Excellent snorkeling nearby at Ulua beach. The. closest snorkeling is at Ulua Beach (which is one of our favorites), less than 1/4 mile away. Enjoy upscale shopping and restaurants at The Shops at Wailea or many other local stores in the Wailea. and Kihei area.

Close to grocery stores (Safeway, our favorite in Kihei) also Foodland and a health food store which is closer to our condo). There is also a Grocery store located next to the Shops at Wailea.
