The owner of property Battista & accommodation were excellent.

The accommodation was clean & tidy in a quiet well maintained complex. Excellent value with access to a pool.. We really enjoyed our stay & definitely recommend it as value for money. You do need a car to travel around & there are plenty of good restaurants & lovely beaches near by. There is no internet access but you can get wifi at a hotel 50 yards up the road called Lu Petroni. . Would definitely book again.

Schöne, sehr gepflegte und ruhige Anlage. Sehr sauberer Pool. Schlaf- und Badezimmer mit hochwertigem Mückenschutz, gute Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine nutzbar. Backofen leider nicht zu nutzen obwohl auf den Bildern zu sehen. Keine Liegestühle vorhanden. Zwei Terassen, Frühstück ohne zu schwitzen gut möglich. Lage: kleiner, zu vielen Stränden strategisch gut gelegener Touristenort mit guten Restaurants. Netter Vermieter ohne Sprachkenntnisse, Kommunikation aber über Translator möglich. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten, vielen Dank und Grüße an Battista!

Un bon séjour

Nous sommes allés dans cette résidence mi avril. Il n'y avait personne et c'était très bien. C'est sûrement un peu moins agréable quand tous les logements sont pleins. La piscine n'était pas accessible à cette période. Dans l'annonce il y a une photo du lave linge et du séchoir....mais elle ne fait pas partie du service ahah...heureusement on peut utiliser les lits présents sur les photos. Douche pas très propre à notre arrivée. Bon séjour tout de même. Région magnifique. Propriétaire loin mais disponible par téléphone.

Buon giorno , Chiarisco: La PISCINA non è chiaramente disponibile nel mese di Aprile. DOCCIA non era assolutamente sporca semplicemente si è intasato il filtro con i capelli in 20 secondi si può toglierlo e pulirlo. È vero c'è una foto della lavatrice che infatti è disponibile e regolarmente funzionante . Ma non fa parte dei servizi offerti . ASCIUGATRICE non c'è ne nelle foto ne tantomeno nei servizi. Agréable séjour à Monte Petrosu

Location en rez de jardin dans une résidence bien entretenue avec piscine. Le séjour aurait été parfait avec une literie moins dure à notre goût et une cuisine avec plu d’ustensiles. Sinon terrasses agréables malgré les moustiques et relativement calme pour la pleine saison .

L'appartement était très propre, Mr DURAS très gentil. Il y a 2 terrasses qui sont ombragées soit le matin soit le soir. Transats et parasol mis à disposition Séjour parfait, emplacement superbe , donc à recommander vivement

2 tolle Wochen auf Sardinien

die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war per Email Dank Google-Übersetzer kein Problem und auf Antwort musste man nie lange warten.Wir wurden am benachbarten Hotel empfangen und dann zum Appartement gebracht. die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz. Die "italienische" Kaffeemaschine ist allerdings keine typische elektrische, sondern lediglich eine Kanne zum Selbst-Aufbrühen mit Wasser. Der Backofen funktionierte nicht, was wir vorher aus der Beschreibung leider nicht rausgelesen haben und mit W-LAN war das freie Internet über die mobilen Daten gemeint. Es gibt im Appartement also keinen W-LAN-Router!! Wir haben trotzdem zwei tolle Wochen verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal....alle tollen Reiseführer-Strände sind schnell zu erreichen, der Pool ist gerade für Kinder ein großes Plus und im Hotel Lu Pitrali um die Ecke gibt es eine Snackbar/Gelateria mit tollem Eis. Da die Wohnung sowohl nach hinten als auch nach vorn eine Terrasse hat, kann man auch am Nachmittag noch entspannt auf der Liege die Sonne genießen, ohne Stühle an den Pool tragen zu müssen. Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

La casa era come da foto: pulita, accogliente. Abbiamo in particolare apprezzato lo spazio esterno.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato nella casa una settimana; il proprietario, Battista, è stato molto gentile e disponibile, veramente una brava persona. La proprietà è spaziosa e dotata di tutto: piscina a due passi dalla porta d’entrata, dietro uno spazio con doccia, utile quando tornavamo dalla spiaggia, e barbecue; camera matrimoniale con vista su piscina. Che dire, non ci é mancato niente, Sardegna terra di gente e luoghi meravigliosi.

La casa perfetta!! Esattamente come da annuncio!Casa molto bella,pulita e accogliente, zone esterne davvero confortevoli sia la veranda interna con il tavolo per cenare sempre ventilata e spaziosa sia quella esterna con divanetti con una vista splendida sulla piscina e il giardino, sempre puliti e curati!la posizione è comodissima per visitare tutte le più belle spiagge della zona! Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile! Se dovessi tornare in questa zona non avrei dubbi, tornerei sicuramente in questo splendido residence a casa di Battista!!

È la seconda volta che scegliamo di soggiornare in questo appartamento e devo dire che come la prima volta il rientro a casa è stato davvero duro. La casa è bella e accogliente. La piscina e il giardino sono costantemente curati. I miei figli preferivano stare in piscina tutto il giorno che visitare le meravigliose spiagge di questa zona. Inoltre Battista, il proprietario, è una persona molto gentile e disponibile

Sehr ruhig

Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits aber sehr ruhig. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Wetter hat leider nicht so mitgemacht aber dafür kann keiner. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit :)

Nette Unterkunft in schöner Anlage

Eine schöne Woche im Juli haben wir in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist auch für Familien mit Kindern super geeignet. Für unsere Mädchen war das Pool das Beste. Der nette Vermieter war vor Ort.

Spaziosa e confortevole

La casa è pulita e molto accogliente. Nessuna cattiva sorpresa: le foto pubblicate nell'annuncio sono perfettamente conformi all'originale. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 con tre ragazzini e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizionata vicino alle spiagge più belle della zona, ci ha soddisfatto anche per l'ubicazione in un residence tranquillo e ben curato. Il proprietario, Battista, oltre ad essere molto disponibile, vi darà anche parecchie dritte su ristoranti e spiaggette. Consigliatissimo!!!!

VACANZA IN FAMIGLIA

Abbiamo appena trascorso 15 giorni in questa casa a dir poco meravigliosa dotata di tutto....vicinissima alle spiagge più belle. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Sicuramente se torneremo a san Teodoro non cercheremo altrove!!!!!

la vacanza che volevamo

La casa è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio. Bella, confortevole, ben arredata, con due verande, una all'ingresso ed una sul retro, più fresca, ideale per mangiare fuori. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo immobile anche per la vicinanza alle spiagge più belle della zona.

Super location

Location spacieuse et propre. Elle a deux terrasses, une plus ensoleillée donnant sur la piscine et l'autre où nous sommes protégés de tout regard. Donc l'ensemble est très agréable à vivre. La voiture est indispensable pour découvrir les environs, qui sont accessibles rapidement et superbes. Le propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique.

Bellissimo appartamento!!!!Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Bellissima casa,bellissimo contesto.Siamo stati benissimo.Eravamo vicini a tutte le spiagge e se non fosse stato per le birichinate dei miei bambini sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto!!!Se avete bambini fate attenzione al muretto davanti alla piscina perchè non è recintato e quindi non molto sicuro...Avviso perchè a noi questo ci ha provocato una gran paura per una caduta che poi fortunatamente si è risolta per il meglio...Per tutto il resto casa super accessoriata ed arredata veramente con gusto!!!Facendo attenzione a questo la casa è semplicemente perfetta ed il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.Speriamo vivamente di poterci tornare in futuro magari non incappando in nessun inconveniente...Grazie di tutto Signor Battista!!!!!
