Home away from home

We stayed for 5 weeks and enjoyed every day. The condo had all we needed to prepare our meals, it is well equipped for comfort and has all the necessities as advertised. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone else wishing accommodation in the complex.

Jorge ist ein perfekter Gastgeber zur jeder Zeit mit Hilfe und Empfehlungen bereit. Die Location ist Sauber, sicher und gepflegt. Die Aussicht schon wenn man Morgens aufsteht vom Wohnzimmer auf das Meer ist genial. Zu Fuß den Berg runter ist man schnell unter Menschen und am Meer. Gerne wieder. Wunderschöne Zeit auf Teneriffa

appartement au calme, piscine avec superbe vue

bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire à disposition pour passer un agréable séjour à Puerto de la Cruz. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à l'appartement qui se trouve à proximité (10min à pieds) d'une très belle plage de sable noir et du loro parque. Dispose d'un garage ce qui est un réel atout à Puerto de la Cruz. La piscine est très agréable et nous fait profiter d'une très belle vue sur les environs.

Le sejour etaint un plus belle experience. Amicable: Agnes et Lajos The appartement is the most beautiful and comfortable. The owners are very helpful and kind. The city is about 20-30 minutes walk down and up a hill, but you can park very close to the centre if you please so. No problem at all. The town is also very enjoyable, nice and extremely cheap. The beach of Playa de Jardin is about 10 minutes walk - similarly the famous Loro Park. You can enjoy the voices of the animals from comfortable distance and the site of the beautiful trees of the park behind which there is the ocean. Perfect holiday if you wish a peacuful environment. Wundervoller Ausblick!

Die Wohnung war gepflegt und nett eingerichtet; hatte alles, was wir brauchten und alles funktionierte perfekt. Der Schwimingpool und der Platz drumherum waren wundervoll und ruhig. Der Innhaber, Herr Enrique, war sehr hilfsbereit, als wir Fragen hatten und hat uns geholfen. Die Garage war individuell und man konnte sie schliessen und noch Koffer oder anderes dort aufbewaren. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Von Anfang an haben wir uns in dieser schönen Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Meerblick haben wir jeden Morgen auf's Neue genossen. Auch den beheizten Pool haben wir genutzt. Rundherum perfekt!

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhig gelegenen Anlage, die insgesamt sehr gepflegt ist. Dazu gehört auch ein Tiefgaragenplatz. Das Apartment selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Es wurde an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, die sonst schon einmal fehlen. Tolle Lage mit Meerblick. Insbesondere Herr Enrique Guerrero Pardo stand uns mit seiner sympatischen Art zur Seite. excellente location

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine dans la très belle location d'Enrique et Encanta (qui parle parfaitement français), les charmants propriétaires. Très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable et bien équipé, cet appartement, a une vue incroyable sur l'océan et la piscine très agréable après les visites de la journée. L'endroit est très calme et la résidence est à taille humaine (une trentaine d'appartements à peu près). Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, et ont donné beaucoup de bonnes indications pour que notre séjour soit agréable, ils sont de confiance, et très ponctuels pour la remise des clés. La situation est très bonne pour visiter tous les sites intéressants de l'île (le parc du Teide, los Gigantes, Masca, le parc d'Anaga, tout est à moins d'1h de voiture. Le parking en sous-sol est très appréciable, la voiture nous semble indispensable car les commerces sont assez éloignés. La 1ère plage est à 15 mn à pied. Bref, nous conseillons vivement cette location et disons un grand merci à Enrique et Encanta pour leur gentillesse.

Schöne Wohnung, gepflegte Anlage, beheizter Pool, ruhige Umgebung, gute Betreuung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon bietet sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Flächen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung in Puerto de la Cruz

Die schöne Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die große Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit Schwimmbad und weitem Blick über Puerto de la Cruz und das Meer.

La semana que hemos permanecido alojados en Tenerife hemos de calificarla de muy muy grata. La simple recuperación de las sensaciones de una primavera tardía ya es razón suficiente, pero el apartamento en un coqueto complejo lleno de detalles con todo lo deseado y el apartamento cuidado hasta el último detalle, y sus muy amables y simpáticos propietarios nos han aportado todos los ingredientes necesarios para una estancia calmada y llena de ricas experiencias.
