I would like to give a title, as you did, to my answer. My title is "Sadness", the one I felt hosting you. Probably you have relationship problems as you arrived to my house and enter inside without ringing the bell or calling me. Suddenly I found you in the terrace and from the first moment you start to complain.The metal scaffolding absolutely did not cover the window, it was there for routine maintenance of the gutters. Probably you didn’t notice that we have a Vulcano in the nearby and periodically we have to clean the gutters. When you arrived the workers were inside the truck having a lunch break. You told me that you didn’t want that they finished the work and I told them to go away and don’t return for the next days. They would have finished in a couple of hours.When you arrived inside home you told the house was cold, it was true , it was below the average temperature as the previous guests, who went out early in the morning, had used several spices for cooking and I didn’t want that you find at home strong food smells so I opened all the windows. In about one hour from your arrival the temperature was fine and at about twenty-two degrees night and day.Morover you asked for two people two separate rooms but you used all the beds of the house. I’m sorry you didn’t like mattresses, but I assure you that I change them frequently and I buy only mattresses of high quality.The boiler you are complaining about has been working for 12 years and no one has ever complained. I live upstairs, separate entrances and absolute privacy, I also have the attention of using caffe in powder so as not to use the coffee grinder so as not to produce any noise in the morning when I wake up.The metal scaffolding "absolutely" did not cover any windows, it was there for routine maintenance of the gutters. You know? We have a volcano nearby and it happens to act up so no holes or drilling of the walls. When you arrived, the workers were inside the truck having a lunch break.Regarding the washing machine, you asked me if you could use it and obviously, I told you that it was there for guests, I also told you that I would come and explain how it worked but you told me you knew how to do it, the result was that you turned the knob backwards and broke it.You didn't find a dishwasher but I didn't include it as an accessory on the site, I never found the place to insert it into a typical Sicilian cuisine.The only trash you're talking about that I found was diapers around the house that you could avoid!For the future I suggest you to read the description of the house carefully, look at the photos and maybe learn more by reading the reviews, when you arrive at people's homes ring the doorbell and when you leave the house it is nice to say hallo and not disappear without a word. Finally, if your age do not permit you anymore to establish nice relationships it is better you choose an hotel. Have good life

We are happy you have been in our house and that you have written this review as you give us the possibility to explain the real situation and consider to modify the description of the house. Casaclò is a detached Villa with two separate apartments, at the ground floor there is the holiday home and at the first floor lives Elio with his dog. The garden all around the house is shared and generally the guests are very happy to meet Lampo, Elio's dog. When the guests don't want to see Lampo it is not a problem they have only to tell Elio. Lampo can stay at home or go on holiday to Eleonora's house, he is very welcome there. We care about the well-being of our guests, so we meet their needs.

Hôtes exceptionnels!!! Une famille vraiment agréable, conviviale, précise, propre, ordonnée. C'était un plaisir de les avoir comme hotes, nous espérons les revoir l'année prochaine. Ils ont laissé un parasol que nous garderons pour leur prochain séjour. A' bientôt!!!
