NEWLY RENOVATED WITH GRANITE COUNTERS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, IN-UNIT WASHER AND DRYER, BLACK OUT SHADES IN BEDROOMS, AND MORE!

A true rental by owner. Everyone who visits here feels at home. The 2.5-story condo is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, as we want our guests to have all they need. All the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and most rooms face east so they're sun drenched throughout the day. Perfect for those who love to watch the sunrise with blackout panels for those who'd rather rise a little (or a lot) later. The kitchen and living room make for easy socializing with extra seating and ottomans so everyone can put their feet up. We love to cook and bake so everything you need to whip up meals and post skiing treats is at your fingertips while staying in the mix with friends and family. The balconies overlooking the pool make it easy to hit the hot tub without being surprised by a crowd or to call down to offer help to those who might be using one of the two gas grills poolside. The option of the upstairs seating area with its own fireplace and TV make it ideal for families sharing the space. Once here it's easy and ideal to park the car and walk or ride the bus to your destination. Should you choose to take a shuttle from the airport, City Market will deliver your groceries to ensure you're fully stocked when you arrive.

Great spacious and family friendly condo

We enjoyed the central Lionshead location, the many rooms and two sitting rooms, the hot tub and pool and the friendly condo staff. And the condo was very well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom. Clean too!

Great Location and Family Space

Condo was in a great location - just a short walk to Eagle Bahn gondola. Lots of space for our large family with tweens and teenagers. Loved the hot tub and heated pool.

Ski trip

Great space, comfortable for a larger group to stay in. Very convenient location between Lionshead, Vail Village and direct bus shuttles to ski lifts (even though the walk isn’t far either). Good facilities and the host was very accommodating. Could not have asked for anything more, every expectation was met and exceeded.

Outstanding Condo near Lionshead

This condo is a 10 minute walk to the Gondola and a 3 minute walk to a Vail Town Bus Stop. The beds are comfortable, all towels are provided, including pool towels. The loft 2 twin bedroom has a steep ladder - not good for adults or young children to climb up and down. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is very comfortable for a group especially with the gas fireplace. Parking was convenient. Communication was easy and timely. The photos are accurate.

Great stay steps from Lionshead

We loved the Condo. It had plenty of room for our group of 6; 4 adults and 2 teens. The kids had their own space upstairs which was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook at home for dinner each night. The walk to both Lionshead and Vail Village was easy for all. We look forward to staying there again.

One of best rentals I’ve had in Vail

Michelle was so quick to respond to questions and requests. The condo is lovely and the beds are comfortable. Normally I rent ski on off condos but I am not disappointed at all with the location. You can walk 1 minute and take the bus one stop from the library to lionshead village.

Family/Friends Vacation

Cozy condo in a great location. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 teens). Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Easy walk to the gondola. City transportation (bus) was very convenient with an easy commute from Lionshead Village into Vail Village. Our host Michelle was quick to respond to questions and requests. The gas fireplaces were a great feature and tremendously appreciated with morning coffee as well as winding down at night! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for two families

Perfect space for two families. Lots of bathrooms, games and comfortable hangout space. Huge table and well stocked kitchen! Easy walk to the slopes. Would highly recommend. Note make sure car height isn't too tall as covered parking is a little low. (Ford Escape with ski rack worked; anything larger with ski rack didn't fit)

Great Vail trip

The condo Slept 10 comfortably. This Was a nice place. Would recommend to those looking for a vail trip that is reasonably priced in comparison to other properties in vail. The only thing that we felt could be improved is some of the bathrooms seemed a little old and in need of a refresh. But we would stay there again The property manager was excellent!!! She responded to every message very quickly. She was super helpful and we felt she genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. 10 stars for her.

Fabulous Vail Week with Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property in Lionshead in Vail! Michelle was an excellent property manager. She was extremely responsive to my inquiries and very easy to work with! This was a family gathering, several of whom were first time visitors to Vail. The condo worked out great for our 10 family members! It is very convenient to the ski area/gondola, shopping, and the Vail bus system. We had a blast! Thank you, Michelle - we hope to be back!

Great Long Weekend in Vail!

This property was probably the best stocked airbnb I've ever seen. It worked great for our party of 9 which included 3 Dads and 6 teenage boys. We put all the boys upstairs, and each dad had a bedroom to themselves. The only thing we wish we knew ahead of time is to bring a luggage or padlock, to lock your skis up, outside of the condo at the end of the hallway.

Excellent family reunion home

We stayed in Vail for a wedding and wanted space for 6-8 people. We also had one family member with mobility issues, so we were looking for a 1st floor BR and bath. This place was perfect! Living space with large setional was great for hanging out with the whole family, the galley kitchen was big enough for making breakfast and lunch and the upstairs space was nice for a bit of quiet time. The pool and hot tub were appreciated , as well as the small balconies off the BR's. What I really appreciated was the host's responsiveness and thoughtfulness. She fielded my questions quickly and often anticipated my next one. I highly recommend this property.

Everything about the property is fantastic - the location, the interior setup, the property amenities, the comfort of the bedrooms and communication with the owner. We comfortably fit 7 people in the 5 bedrooms and easily could have invited more guests! For the amenities , the kids and my elderly father enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The proximity to the lionshead gondola allowed the skiers to come and go as we pleased and the two non-skiers enjoyed both lionshead and vail village via the in town free bus. I would highly recommend the condo for anyone looking to head to vail with a group and hopefully i will be back staying here again!

We felt the property was everything that was advertised. It exceeded our expectations.

I feel Michelle and her family have really put a lot of thought into preparing the property for rent. As soon as you walk in the door you can tell they have a lot of pride in their condo. The pictures on the wall really tell the history of the place. The location in Lionshead Village is very manageable. You have a short walk to the gondola in Lionshead Village or take a bus to Vail Village if your prefer. The recommendation of double diamond ski rental really worked out for us as we were able to leave our skis and boots at the store after skiing. We ate out most of the time, but the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. With the short walk to both villages and the busses that are available as soon as your arrive at the condo you can park your car and not have to use it again until you leave. We had 5 guys staying in the condo and we all had our own bedroom. I think this place is ideal for a couple of families to have an awesome experience in Vail. We all look forward to our next visit to Vail and Michelle and her family will be the first one we contact to rent. Thank you Michelle from helping make our experience in Vail such a memorable one. Your home away from home is awesome!!!

Rental by owner, we have a large family, many of whom are spread all over but we often reconvene here in the mountains. It is our bit of paradise. We are meticulous in caring for guests and will make ourselves available should you have questions during your stay.

Why they chose this property

That's us in 1982 with all 9 children in full 80's gear. The place has evolved and updated, as has our family. Many years since that photo we have added spouses and 30 grandchildren, all of whom have spent many trips in this condo and love Vail. Everyone who comes to this beautiful village sees it as a wonderland regardless of season, for us it is a place we love and have built countless priceless memories year round. We've taken great care to ensure our family can enjoy it for many years to come and hope that you make many memories as well during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Adrenalin junkies to introverts, Vail provides for all types and interests. Warming up for a morning on the slopes doesn't get better than sipping coffee, checking out the snowfall while sitting fireside. Aching muscles and bruised egos are easily mended with a steam, followed by a hot tub, beer in hand surveying the mountain. It's pretty idyllic for those who would rather curl up instead of making turns as well. If your legs are burning from a day of bumps you can hop the bus but it is a short walk to the Old World Austrian Charm of Vail and Lionshead. Whether you are craving a ski adventure or a summer getaway, we welcome skiers, families and vacationers from around the world to experience Vail Valley tranquility.
