Fabulous apartment

What a view! Incredible location. Gorgeous apartment. Plenty of room for our family to be together and have our own space. Lovely bedrooms with AC (a relief during this hot weather). Kitchen well equipped. Amazing views from the balcony - enjoyed a glass of vin in the evenings taking in the magnificence of our surroundings. Location wise this was perfect - less than 5 mins walk into Veyrier-du-Lac with a good selection of shops, and also a less than 5 mins walk to Place du Plan for a swim. Valerie was so welcoming when we arrived and easy to contact for any queries. It was also a pleasure to meet Valerie’s mum who lived downstairs and also made sure we were OK and comfortable. We’ve had a truly wonderful holiday and definitely plan to return. Thank you Valerie for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Bel appartement mais mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas

Bel appartement comme décrit par les autres locataires. Cependant, notre expérience a été décevante pour plusieurs raisons que nous souhaitons partager avec les futurs locataires. L’appartement est annoncé comme climatisé, mais une des trois chambres ne l’est pas. Avec les températures élevées, cela a été problématique, surtout que le bruit environnant empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit. Le séjour se fait dans l’appartement du propriétaire, sans livret d’accueil ni informations d'accueil. De nombreux meubles sont fermés à clé, limitant l’espace de rangement pour les locataires. Nous avons été facturés d'un montant important sur le dépôt de garantie pour un dégât mineur sur la plaque de cuisson que nous avons contesté, pour un remplacement complet à neuf, sans succès. Abritel nous a conseillé de toujours faire un état des lieux détaillé à l’entrée, ce que nous recommandons pour cette location. recommandons vivement pour cette location.

Superbe

C'est pour notre famille le deuxième séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, parfaitement agencé et équipé, climatisé et calme. Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le lac et sur "la belle endormie" complète le bien. La grande baie vitrée offre un paysage plaisir de chaque instant. L'appartement est situé près des plages, de la piste cyclable, des chemins de randonnée et des commerces. L'accueil que nous ont réservé Valérie et ses parents est très chaleureux. Des vacances vraiment délicieuses.

Superbe location

Tout d’abord, un grand merci aux parents de Valérie qui nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et ont ponctué notre séjour de discussions fort intéressantes. L’appartement est en tout point conforme à la description de l’annonce : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, une vue imprenable sur le lac, un accès rapide à la baignade, aux commerces de proximité, aux lignes de bus etc… Tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

N'hésitez pas : c'est trop bien !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement spacieux, parfaitement équipé, calme, climatisé. Une grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur le lac complète le bien. Le stationnement dans la cour est un vrai plus. Idéalement situé : à proximité des plages, des promenades, des commerces, des transports. L'appartement est superbe ainsi que la vue de la terrasse (notre meilleur allié de la semaine) . La situation est idéale, proche des commerces et de la plage, L'arrêt pour le "bus des plages" est au bout de la rue. Nous avons été accueilli de la meilleure des manières par toute la famille notamment notre fils de six ans qui, entre autre, a pu profiter grandement du jardin et de ses trésors. D'excellents souvenirs pour l'année à venir.

Beautiful, stylish and spacious apartment

We loved our week stay in this stunning apartment, stylish and spacious. A lovely kitchen and lounge space with a gorgeous outside patio with splendid views of the glorious Lake Annecy. Set in a stunning location we were able to cycle into Annecy along the safe cycle path. Valerie’s Mum and Dad were so hospitable, welcoming us with Jam made from their own fruit! We were also able to borrow some bikes which saved us a small fortune! The little town is less than a 5 minutes walk up the road with a few grocery stores and a couple of bakeries. Perfect! We’ll certainly return.

Endroit où y s'sent bien!

Proche du lac, on dépose les bagages et on apprécie la déco, la sérénité de l'endroit! 2 grands we déjà passé et on a toujours envie d'y revenir. La distribution des pièces est idéale pour conserver de l'intimité si vous êtes à plusieurs. Situé à l'étage, avec une terrasse permet l'intimité propriétaire/hôtes. Parking situé dans la propriété. Les propriétaires sont charmants

Lovely stay at Veyriac/ Sejour tres agreable

We loved our week in Veyriac in Valerie's apartment. The flat was well equipped and easy to use. We enjoy the balcony with a far view of the lac and the proximity to the lac beaches. Veyriac's location is fantastic as within 10 minutes bike ride to Annecy and easy reach to Mountains' hike (some can start from the village). Valerie offered the use of bicycles also. The decoration of the flat is really nice with lots of original "touches", but remains practical and comfortable. Valerie's welcome was warm. Her parents live on the ground floor and are very knowledgeable and helpful too. We came back with some lovely jam pots from their garden! We are very likely to come back.

Confortable comme a la maison / Comfy and design

Le lieu est récent et moderne. Belle bue sur le lac et ensoleille. Décoration raffine dans un appartement refait a neuf. Nous nous sentons comme a la maison. Nous avions été un peu surpris par le prix élevé au départ mais sommes finalement ravis de notre choix. Les feedacks de nos amis qui viennent diner en disent long sur le confort dans lequel nous sommes. Famille en dessus et dessous charmante et calme. Forte recommandation. Modern interior in a refurnished flat. Brand new appliances and luxury decor. Comfy like at home. We were a little taken aback by the renting fee but by looking at the face of our friends when they come and visit us, we in fact, couldn't find anything better in the surrounding area ! Lovely families one flat above and one flat below, calm. Strongly recommend it.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cette très belle maison. La vue sur le lac est magnifique, les pièces sont très modernes et spacieuses, la literie très confortable. Situé à deux pas du Lac, le voisinage est très calme, le centre de Veyrier est à 200 mètres d'où le fait que nous pouvions avoir du pain frais le matin... Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons.

Just Beautiful

This apartment is far more beautiful in real life. The hosptitality from Valerie and her wonderful family was amazing. I would definately recommend this apartment without any hesistation and the view is priceless. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be back.
