SUPERB EXCEPTIONAL APARTMENT

Everything you could need for a really good self catering holiday, close to local grocery stores, cafe's, restaurants, bakery and local buses. A very good location, a short walk away from a lovely park and gardens with spectacular views of the harbour and Funchal. We really appreciated the well equiped large balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers. Teresa was an excellent host, only a phone call away. We had a truly wonderful holiday and would highly reccommend this apartment

Spacious apartment in a great location

Stayed 1st week of May for annual flower festival and parade. The Apartment location meant everything in town centre was approx 15 minute walk, including Congress Hall for concerts and a good choice of restaurants, along with Reids Hotel for afternoontea treat. Teresa was very helpful with suggestions of what to see and do, both in Funchal and around the island. She kindly arranged tickets for the flower parade for us. We would've

Dejlig lejlighed med alt hvad der er brug for

Dejlig lejlighed. Veludstyret. Skøn terrasse med morgen og eftermiddagssol. I gåafstand fra byen, med med nogen støj fra nærliggende vej. Teresa var meget behjælpelig med info om øen, vandreture, steder at se mm. Kan varmt anbefales.

Lovely apartment

We had a really good week staying in Teresa's apartment. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The apartment is beautiful, in a great location and exactly as described. Teresa is a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble, she was so helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am besten hat uns die große Terasse auf der man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann (wenn sie nicht von Wolken verdeckt ist) und die super ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Lage war super, genau mittig zur Altstadt einerseits und zur Hotelzone auf der anderen Seite. In beiden Regionen mehrere tolle Restaurants gefunden. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Einfach top. Vielen Dank an Teresa, die uns vom Flughafen abgeholt hat (wir kamen mit 5-stündiger Verspätung weil wir aufgrund starken Schneefalls in Hannover nicht starten konnten.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment only ten minutes from centre of Funchal. Plenty of eating places near by and lots to see and do. We had a lovely holiday.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a great location

We spent 2 wks. here and loved our time in Madeira and we were very happy with this property and it's location. There were many restaurants close by and it was walking distance to the center, the market and the buses. Theresa was always available for questions or problems and was so welcoming and a great host. She also has great recommendations for tours, restaurants and anything you might need. We look forward to our next visit here.

Einen Monat lang haben wir in diesem Domizil gewohnt und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nah am Zentrum von Funchal und trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen, sehr gute Ausstattung, gemütlich und viel Platz, so fühlt man sich fast wie zu Hause. Hinzu kommt noch die große Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Essplatz, Fazit: Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen. Die Vermieterin (Teresa) ist immer hilfsbereit und wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt. Wann immer wir Madeira wieder besuchen werden, hoffen wir das die Wohnung für uns frei ist.
