Zona tranquilla , ci siamo trovati bene . Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in breve tempo . Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.

Très bon rapport qualité prix : à conseiller.

Studio un peu excentré dans le quartier de Santa Lucia mais centre ville et gare facilement accessibles par bus. Studio très bien équipé pour 2 personnes : vaisselle, micro-onde, machine à laver, frigo, etc. Très bonne literie, insonorisation entre les appartements un peu légère mais pas gênant, petite terrasse équipée elle aussi. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible au besoin (parle anglais) : il met à la disposition pas mal d'informations concernant la ville dans le studio (visites à faire, bus, resto, etc.). En bref, séjour agréable et à recommander.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso capodanno e ci siamo trovati bene nell' appartamento di stefano perche' 1 stefano si e' mostrato disponibile per qualsiasi problema avessimo avuto, ci siamo sentiti varie volte telefonicamente e ci ha anche concesso di restare qualche ora dopo il check out 2 l' appartamento e' a 15 min dal centro in auto ma i parcheggi dentro le mura costicchiano. l'unico parcheggio gratuito che abbiamo trovato si trova in piazza arsenale vicino castelvecchio o altri sempre oltr' Adige 3 l' appartamento dal vivo risulta meglio delle foto ed e' molto molto luminoso perche' esposto a sud e da sud lo consiglio vivamente

Ottima sistemazione...

L'appartamentino del signor Stefano rispecchia pienamente la descrizione e le foto, si trova realmente vicino alla fiera,pensavo di dover usare l'auto invece,in 5 minuti a piedi ho raggiunto il mio stand in fiera. Il proprietario e' stato molto gentile e professionale

OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITà-PREZZO LA RACCOMANDO

Ho soggiornato per qualche giorno con la mia compagna nell'appartamento del Sig. Stefano. L'appartamento era come da foto,molto pulito e ordinato. Nelle vicinanze ci sono 3 supermercati e fermate dei bus per il centro città distante circa 3km. Stefano è una persona cordiale e molto disponibile,consiglio vivamente questo appartamento

The apartment is very comfortable and complete with everything you need to spend a holiday in Verona.Stefano the owner, is very kind and disponibile.The house is near to the fair of Verona, about 5 minute walk, to the town center and station less than 3 km. I recommend the accommodation

Central for lakes and Venice. Compact and bijoux.

The owner Stefano & his partner were a lovely couple. Do not use google map for directions as it takes you to a very different area of Verona with the same address. This is what happened to us and Stefano was very kind to find us and show us the way to his apartment. The studio did not have a kettle and toaster as stated in the description. The studio was very clean and local to Verona and it's station. The studio was very compact and bijoux. The neighbours were very noisy with screaming children and moving furniture a great deal. The one major problem we did have was that there is a building site right next door and the men started work at 7.15 am so it was not really relaxing. If we had known about the building site we would not have stayed.

tutto ok

Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo monolocale,l'appartamento era pulito e completo di tutto,noi abbiamo soggiornato per partecipare ad un evento fieristico (la fiera di Verona dista 5 minuti a piedi) percui, non abbiamo potuto visitare dettagliatamente la splendida città. Se penseremo di tornare per visitarla meglio contatteremo nuovamente il sig.Stefano
