Relaxing and comfortable

The villa was very comfortable and well furnished. The fenced yard with all of it;s trees and garden was perfect for us and our dog to enjoy the outside.The location of this villa is good for visiting places in Puglia and has good restaurants nearby. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, are the perfect hosts and very responsive. Lovely stay!

Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their house. Thank you!

Paradise in Appulia

Upon arrival, the first thing that catches the eye is the very large garden. The house itself is some 50 meters (or more) away from the provincial road from Martano to Borgagne. There was little traffic, especially during the night. In fact the sound of the passing automobiles was totally overruled by the sound of cicadas (which added so much to the south-Italy feeling we enjoyed so much, during our stay in this country villa). The second thing to mention is that the house is really very large and at least as good looking as what shows on the pictures. The third thing to emphasize is the fact that we did not have to use the air conditioning system, even though the weather was hot (during the day well over 30 degrees centigrade, with rather high humidity levels also). This was possible because of the veranda that surrounds the house on three sides. That creates an automatic air stream which flows through the kitchen, living room and bedrooms if you open the door and the windows. For us a very nice AND super sustainable way to control the temperature (but of course, there is an air conditioning machine in every room, so future guest always have a choice). Fourth point that distinguishes this house from other vacation accommodations are the hosts: Valentina and her father Alessandro. Both very nice, helpful, and friendly.Mille Grazie!!! You make all the difference!Lastly our dog recommends this little paradise to all dog-keepers who want their dog to have a good time.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit allen Informationen versorgt . La villa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, confortevole e curata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 (3 famiglie) e abbiamo trovato nella struttura spazi comodi, ambienti confortevoli e tutti gli accessori (lavatrice, macchina per il caffè, microonde) per sentirci da subito a casa. Lo spazio esterno, con il portico e il giardino curatissimo, ci ha permesso di fare sempre colazione e cena all'aperto tutti insieme e di trascorrere serate al fresco a giocare e chiacchierare. I proprietari sono stati super accoglienti, prodighi di consigli sui luoghi da visitare e pronti e disponibili ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcosa. La posizione, poi, è strategica per chi, come abbiamo fatto noi, vuole vivere il Salento in tutte le sue sfaccettature, alternando le spiagge sabbiose sullo Ionio a quelle rocciose dell'Adriatico, alla visita a veri e propri giolelli come Otranto e Lecce. Insomma, soggiornare a Villa Korafi ha contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza in Salento praticamente perfetta!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.Haus und Garten haben uns gut gefallen. Vor allem den Blick von der Terrasse haben wir beim Duft des Jasmins sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina war unkompliziert. Ihr Vater Alessondro hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit leckeren Kuchen der Region verabschiedet.

Sehr empfehlenswertes schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß, und entspricht den Bildern. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Strände an der Adria sind mit dem Auto in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Ionischen Meer ist es doppelt so weit. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Valentina hat uns gleich zu Beginn mit etwa 30 sehr guten Reise-Tipps versorgt.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit viel Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Wäscheleine, Wäscheklammern, Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Der Fernseher ist klein und kein Smart-TV. Das Internet funktionierte ausreichend gut.Im April mussten wir viel heizen, ansonsten hätte die Raumtemperatur 15-16 betragen. Klimaanlagen befinden sich in allen Zimmern, mit denen man elektrisch heizen kann. Die Zusatzkosten für Strom betrugen bei uns nach drei Wochen 80 Euro.Der Garten ist sehr groß und trennt das Haus von der SP147, die man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum hört, bei offenen Fenstern oder im Freien deutlich. Insgesamt ist es ruhig. Im Freien sind diverse Stühle, Tische und Liegen. Quasi zum Haus gehören zwei Katzen, die von uns nur mit Mühe vom Betreten des Hauses abgehalten werden konnten (Katzen-Allergie) und zusammen mit den Katern der Nachbarschaft für Unterhaltung sorgen.Zu Beginn benötigten wir mehrfach Hilfe (Wasser nicht an, Tor nicht zu öffnen) und Valentinas Vater war immer in 5 Minuten bei uns. Beide waren sehr nett hilfreich und freundlich. Danke!

Eine Ruheoase und ideal für Urlaub mit Hunden

Der riesige Garten mit BBQ war unser Highlight, morgens Zitronen und Mandarinen vom Baum pflücken, mittags an wunderschönen Sandstränden mit den Hunden laufen und Abends fantastisch Essengehen in der nahegelegenen Osteria - ein Februar-Urlaub ganz nach unserem Geschmack.Und das herzliche Willkommen von Valentina und Alessandro (der einen superlecker Wein produziert) hat unseren Aufenthalt an der Hacke Iraliens abgerundet. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie 1 Woche im Paradies. Der Garten ist für Kinder ein wahres Abenteuer, die Obstbäume, der kleine Garten und die grosse Terrasse bieten eine Menge Spass sowie Erholung. Die grosse Einfahrt bietet Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge ohne dass es zu eng wird. Das Haus war hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für eine Grossfamilie. Via dalla pazza folla

Nell'affollato agosto salentino c'è questa oasi di pace circondata dal verde del bellissimo giardino, dove ricaricarsi e godere del fresco della sera. La villa, spaziosa e pulitissima, è ancora più bella rispetto alle immagini e all'accurata descrizione fornita sul sito, e si trova a poca distanza dalle spiagge sull'Adriatico e dalle principali località turistiche del Salento. La bellezza della villa si rispecchia nella straordinaria disponibilità e attenzione di Valentina nella comunicazione e per le ricche e dettagliate informazioni, e di suo padre Alessandro che ci ha accolti e salutato con viva cordialità, simpatia e qualche coccola. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare. Grazie!

Très bon séjour dans la villa. Très bon accueil. Villa propre et calme. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec un volet et ils ont réglé le problème directement le lendemain. Merci à Valentina et son Papa pour cet accueil chaleureux et leurs conseils. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Fantastisch!!

Een fantastische villa op een perfecte locatie, de woning is rustig gelegen en heeft een lange oprit die geheel kan worden afgesloten. Heerlijke grote tuin, met gras, kleine palmen, diverse bloemen, heel veel diverse fruitbomen en alles keurig onderhouden met verschillende zitjes waar je heerlijk buiten kunt eten. Achter de woning is een buiten douche wat wij echt een meerwaarde vonden. De villa staat op een paar kilometer buiten het dorp Martano, wat een heel gezellig dorp is met een mooi plein, diverse terrasjes, winkeltjes en alle voorzieningen zijn daar aanwezig. De communicatie met Valentino ( eigenaresse ) was heel goed, ze reageert heel snel en heeft ons allerlei tips gegeven waar je heerlijk kunt eten en waar je mooie uitstapjes kunt maken en waar de mooie plekjes aan de kust te vinden zijn. We werden opgehaald op een afgesproken plek door de vader van Valentino ( Allesandro ) een hele gastvrije, vriendelijke man en die heeft de sleutel overhandigd en een rondleiding door de villa gegeven met alle uitleg, wij kunnen het iedereen aanraden om te verblijven bij de prachtige plek van Valentino en Allessndro, het was top!!

Salento agosto 2023

Grazie di Cuore a Valentina e al Papa' Alessandro. Persone cordiali e disponibili. Ogni nostra richiesta e' stata subito risolta con velocità ed efficenza. Villa splendida,comodissima, espaziosa e soprattutto pulitissima cosa che non è affatto scontato trovare. Giardino ampio e ben curato con tante comodità lavandino e doccia esterna, barbecue che abbiamo utilizzato più volte. La villa è situata in una posizione strategica con pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono posti incantevoli. Grazie ancora a Ventina per tutte le informazioni che ci ha dato per i posti da visitare e dove degustare piatti tipici. Sicuramente ci rivedremo il prossimo Anno per completare il Tour.
