High-quality finish (parquet floor in living room, modern kitchen and very practical rooms). Covered parking for your car, recreational area with heated swimming pool and children's pool (May - September), free garden furniture and sun loungers (around swimming pool), sandpit, beach volleyball court and 3 petanque courts.
Located near the marina (300 m) and within walking distance of the beach and sea (+/- 1 km via a car-free walking path along the harbor channel).
Full and luxurious interior with 2 spacious bedrooms (room 1: double bed / room 2: bunk bed, pull-out bed and sofa bed), including practical and spacious fitted wardrobes.
Modern kitchen and fully fitted kitchen. Everything is present.
Free WIFI, Flat screen TV, ....
4 bicycles, wagon, wind kites, shovels, etc. are available free of charge.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Yachthafen

Sehr gut ausgestattet, schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den Yachthafen und in Nähe des Strandes. Sehr sauberes und schön gestaltetes Gelände mit Beachvolleyballfeld, Boule Bereich und ein schöner Pool mit austeichend Liegen und Kinderbecken. Die Balkonmöbel könnten mal neu, aber das ist eine Kleigkeit..

Keurig appartement en goede uitvalsbasis

Bij aankomst viel ons op hoe keurig proper het appartement was. Van alle gemakken voorzien, al hadden we wel een paar vragen over dingen die we niet direct begrepen. Mail naar de verhuurder werd snel, vriendelijk en naar wens beantwoord waardoor we volledig konden genieten van onze korte vakantie aan de Vlaamse kust.

Sejour reposant et varie.

Tres content de notre sejour. Nous avons a la fois pu profiter de la jolie digue de nieuport, admirer les differentes œuvres d art entre autre la tortue, les chevaux poses sur le brise lame.en parallele de la digue,des magasins qui font la joie des a croc du shopping.et puis vous avez du cote nieuport ville l hotel de ville avec son architecture pittoresque sa petite place agreable et tranquille ,sa petite boutique de miniature et une dame adorable qui fait des merveilles de ses doigts. Nous avons pu decouvrir la dernière de ses oeuvres qui sera exposee a la commune et fera partie du patroine de nieuport. 7 mois de travail pour cette miniature representant les ruines de l ancienne eglise de nieuport, endroit riche en histoires. Voila ce que nous avons pu decouvrir pendant notre tout petit sejour de quelques jours. Je ne dois pas oublier aussi le memorial albert 1er et toutes les jolies promenades a pied ou en velo pres du port de plaisance et ailleurs.nous sommes ravis de notre sejour et regrettons une seule chose. C est passe trop vite. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Balkon Möbel

Leider entsprach die Ausstattung der Balkonmöbel überhaupt nicht dem Inserat. Diese konnte man nicht nutzen, da sie verrostet und kaputt gewesen sind. Hierzu kann ich auch ein Foto senden . Die Kissen und Bettdecke waren sehr stark verschmutzt . Generell war vieles in der Wohnung nicht richtig sauber. Gerade auch Töpfe und Pfannen. Daher fände ich es angemessen, einen Teil meines bezahlten Reisepreise rückerstattet zu bekommen. Bitte nehmen Sie diesbezüglich Kontakt mit mir auf . Vielen Dank und beste Grüße

Guten Tag vielen Dank für die lobenden Worte. Schade, dass Sie nicht geschrieben haben, was gut war und nichts während Ihres Aufenthaltes berichtet haben. Ich habe diese Kommentare schon bei der Buchung erwartet. Ich werde die Kissen nach dem Sommer ersetzen. Sie haben anscheinend sowieso nicht richtig hingeschaut, denn die Terrassenmöbel stehen im Wohnbereich und sind nagelneu. Es gibt immer Leute, die versuchen, nach ihrem Aufenthalt einen Rabatt zu bekommen. Daher nehme ich an, dass die Dutzenden von anderen Bewertungen etwas weniger gefärbt sind und einen anderen Zweck haben als diese. Vielen Dank, dass Sie diese Kommentare und Bewertungen nutzen, um die harte Arbeit und die guten Absichten der Leute zunichte zu machen. Hier een paar bevindingen van het appartement.

Nazicht van kasten en schuiven hebben een grondige poetsbeurt nodig. Huisraad en servies onvolledig.Matrassen heel stoffig en geen matrasbeschermer op de bedden.Stofzuiger is onbruikbaar door opgehoopte vervuiling op het zuiggedeelte. Er bevindt zich enorm veel achtergelaten rommel in de keukenkasten. Ondanks deze mankementen toch een leuk appartement,met een uitstekende ligging.

Super Lage, mäßige Sauberkeit

Das Apartment hatte eine gute Lage mit einer Hauptstraße vorne raus und dem verkehrsberuhigten Hafenareal hinten raus. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt, an den großen Fenstern auf die nächste Tram zu warten. Für die Sauberkeit kann das Apartment nichts, dennoch hat diese unseren Urlaub getrübt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief ohne Probleme und auch die Rückerstattung der cleaning-fee haben wir dankbar angenommen. Wir würden es in der Nebensaison auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Küstentram direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr praktisch die Fahrräder (vielleicht etwas klein, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau), denn zu Fuß ist es doch sowohl zum Strand wie auch zur Stadt etwas weit. Luft nach oben ist bei den Balkonmöbeln, 4 Klappstühlchen und ein Tischchen, die nicht gerade zum Verweilen einladen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ABER: Ein wesentliches Auswahlkriterium war für uns der Pool. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt dieser sei bis Ende September, bei gutem Wetter auch länger geöffnet. Als wir an unserem ersten Tag (20.09.) bei schönstem Spätsommerwetter dort ankamen, war der Pool geschlossen. Auf Nachfrage teilte man uns mit, der Hausmeister hätte entschieden den Pool nur noch am Wochenende zu öffnen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Mooi appartement

Mooi appartement met alles wat we nodig hadden. Pluspunt waren de fietsen en het zwembad 👍. Spijtig dat het bij aankomst niet gekuist was. Kruimels op de stoelen en tandpasta in de lavabo en spiegel 🤨
