Guests who want to stay at our lovely Clearwater Beach, Gulf-front community couldn't find a lovelier spot to call home than this two bedroom, two bath condo in the sparkling Ultimar complex. With three heated pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, 3 stunning tennis facilities, a basketball court, putting green, and a state of the art exercise room with a sauna and steam rooms, you'll be surrounded by luxury! A billiards room, game room and club room at are your disposal.
This 11th-floor unit offers breathtaking beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico and wide white sand beaches for which Clearwater is famous. With over 1200 square feet of air conditioned living space, you'll have more than enough room for comfortable living while you enjoy a light and bright, newly renovated kitchen, granite counters and stainless steel stove and microwave, combination living and dining area, bedrooms with views of the Gulf, and a 200 square foot open balcony. Don't forget the newly renovated master bathroom with a stone stand up glass shower with 8 full body jets and an oversized 6 jet jacuzzi tub. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and cable.
Of course, don't forget the joys of just being on the beach, which couldn't be any closer! Visitors to the area say the vibe on Clearwater Beach is social and active. Best Stay on Sand Key Ever!
We stayed in this condo for 3 1/2 months and really enjoyed it. The condo is extremely clean and equipped with everything imaginable to make our stay the best. We realized right away we wanted to book it for next year and did so. Sandy makes it very easy to contact and takes care of everything right away. We loved the beautiful views from inside and also the deck. The condo, building and grounds are the best in the area. We have stayed in Sand Key for several years and this year was by far the best!! We highly recommend this condo!

Clearly the best of Clearwater
One of the most amazing condos we've stayed in a long time. Everything in this place was spectacular with all the amenities, pools, beautiful beach, and such nice people. Sandy was always available and answered all our questions. This place is fully furnished with everything imaginable. The master bathroom is one of a kind. The apartment is bright and very clean. This is the perfect place for families. Will definitely be returning.

Awesome!
We spent a delightful six months at this Ultimar condo. The unit was super clean, with every kitchen item imaginable furnished. The grounds were immaculate. With three swimming pools and the beach literally just steps away, it truly was resort living. The owners are extremely nice people. We hope to return soon.
