Perfectly located. Cosy cottage

The cottage is so perfectly located, just two minutes walk to the stunning beach. A fifteen minute walk to the lighthouse where there is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. The St Clement The cottage is equipped with absolutely everything you need!! Facilities at the cottage are perfect for a long stay. Lots of beautiful antiques give the cottage character and a homely feel. Jean François was really helpful and responded quickly to all our messages and any questions.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec 3 enfants. L’emplacement est idéal, situé à 5 min à pied la plage, et à 20min à vélo du centre de Saint Clement et 30min des Portes. La maison est très bien équipée et l’espace extérieur est très agréable. Et l’hôte a été très réactif lors de nos échanges. Nous recommandons!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Jean-François avec un couple d'ami et notre bébé de 8mois. L'emplacement de la maison tout proche d'une jolie plage est idéal pour les familles avec enfants en bas-âge. Pour les plus grands, un terrain de tennis, un mini golf et un terrain de basket se trouvent juste derrière le jardin. La proximité à vélo (15min) des villages de Ars et des Portes est un vrai plus. Cette maison a une âme et nous nous y sommes senti très bien durant tout le séjour, ses propriétaires sont charmants.Un point à noter (qui ne nous a pas du tout dérangé) est la proximité avec le terrain de basket qui peut être assez bruyant en fin de journée (ambiance familiale et très bon enfant!) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir, merci beaucoup !

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la maison de Jean-François. La maison est pleine de charme, impeccablement propre et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Sa proximité avec l'une des plus belles plages de l'île est un véritable atout. Nous sommes ravies de notre expérience et recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Parfait

Le gîte est idéalement placé à deux pas de la plage et bénéficie de 2 extérieurs, ce qui permet d'être toujours à l'abri du vent. Une salle d'eau/WC confortable, pour chaque chambre, ce qui permet d'être nombreux. L'équipement est très complet. La déco riche et personnalisée donne du cachet et un côté cosy que nous avons beaucoup aimé (il a un peu plu). Super gîte !

Maison chaleureuse

Jean-François a été un hôte prévenant sa maison est chaleureuse riche d’histoire et de peintures.Les chambres ne sont pas contigües donc prévoir un baby phone( nous en avons trouvé un le dernier jour)La maison est très bien équipée et nous y avons séjourné avec plaisir

TRES BON SEJOUR

Agréable demeure chargée d'une ambiance familiale, les 3 chambres sont bien indépendantes pour vivre sans être les uns sur les autres, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! L'espace extérieur jardin est très agréable. La cour devant est en partie couverte ce qui a permis de stocker tous nos vélos et motos.

a treasure and a precious time

First - we came along very well with our little french in communication with the very friendly and patient Propreté - via mail, message and finally at the very warm reception. In all, the place was a treasure. All three rooms with separate entry and lavatory (great for the "spacing" of the different parties). Including living-dining-room designed with tastful furniture, paintings and decoration. All with wit and good sense of cosiness. The kitchen leaves no wish open. Beautiful flowers all around the house. The leisure park just behind the house hosted the children away (boules, basket ball, football, mini golf, tennis) and one of the most beautiful beaches of the isle is a two minutes walk away. We went for the sunset every evening ... Together with the isles scenic landscape and villages it made a precious time for us - one of the best holidays we had so far.

Beautiful house, nice landlords, awsome holidays!

We spent 2 awesome weeks in a beautiful house close to the beach! We also appreciated the welcoming, helpful and friendly owners.Top Spot for holidays in a beautiful, large and well-equipped house not more than 500m close to the beach. We loved it and the Ile de Re!!!
