Some people may only be able to come to Maui once in their lifetime and we want to do all that we can to ensure a wonderful experience. We supply many extras to give you comfort, convenience and a relaxing place to stay. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us and it is evident in our attention to details and extras that we supply!


Please note:
Our beach experience is subject to changes influenced by Mother Nature. During these periods, access to the beach from our property may need to be temporarily closed due to high water levels. This situation is typically observed in the winter months and rarely in the summer.

As avid snorkelers and scuba divers, we seek calm, clear waters. We assess the daily conditions to decide on the beach to visit. I can provide you with the link to access daily beach conditions, just ask.
We have world class beaches a short distance north and south of us. I've compiled a comprehensive book in the condo that describes these beaches, helping you choose based on your preferences, such as snorkeling, swimming, walking, body surfing, quiet, busy etc. The information book also includes a description and list of our favorite restaurants in the area, nearby hikes, and other activities, which our guests have found immensely helpful!




Hawaii Taxes collected are GET of 4.712%, TAT of 10.25% and Maui county 3%. These are all included in quoted price.

The only additional costs that are not included are a $18day parking fee, which is paid at the resort upon arrival
