About this property

Apartment with private roof terrace close to beach and shops in Puerto de Mogan.

Nice apartment in the centre of Puerto de Mogan close to "everything". A large balcony fronting the rooms with morning sun and also a large private roof terrace with sun all day. A short walk to the beach and the harbour with it's restaurants and pittoresque surroundings.

The 50 square metres apartment is bright and has an airy feel. You can walk right out on the balcony and have breakfast in the morning sun. From the balcony you can see a park and a walking path, no cars!

You can spend all day in privacy at the spacious roof terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun, cool down with a shower or have cold refreshments from the fridge. There is a nice sitting group and also a dining area. Make your own food on the gas barbecue.
From the roof terrace you can see the sea and the roofs of the townhouses.

The bathroom was completely renovated in July 2017 with a large (170x80 cm) walk-in shower. The rest of the apartment was renovated i 2022 with a complete modern kitchen with all equipment needed (oven, dish washer, microwave). Everything new and functional. There is also an additional toilet. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed. And a television with Chromecast. Airconditioning in the bedroom and living room.

The apartment has free Wifi with fibre net and there is a new smart-TV with access to more than 150 European, British and Scandinavian television channels.

There are towels for use in the apartment. However, we recommend to bring your own beach towels. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rent. If you want additional cleaning during your stay, this is available at a cost of 50€ each time.

There is a well assorted SPAR supermarket right outside the house. You find the new local bus station just opposite the building.

We booked the apartment for the second time. Central and quiet. A bit unlucky the neighbor had his bathroom renewed with a lot of noise. But it can happen anywhere.

Great apartment, great location

The apartment is in a great location, steps from the bus station, across from a large Spar supermarket and only a few minutes walk to town. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday including a nice balcony which got the sun most of the day and an amazing, well furnished roof terrace. Only irritation was the constant barking of dogs nearby from around 7 am which obviously is nothing to do with the owner but might annoy someone looking for a peaceful snooze on the roof later in the day! Couldn't fault the apartment though and we hope to return soon.

Great Location

Very centrally located in Mogan - less than a minutes walk to the bus station! Spar is a minutes walk across the road and some seriously good restaurants are a few minutes away. There's even a Michelin starred restaurant within a few minutes walk! Photos and description are accurate. Particularly liked the rooftop area for sunbathing. Seating area was really good late afternoon for chilling out with a bottle of rose. But the balcony off the apartment was great in the morning for enjoying a coffee and the first of the sun. Also excellent for people watching! Minor complaints - would have preferred a king size duvet instead of 2 singles and some firmer pillows. But that's just personal preferences and didn't detract from the holiday.

Excellent Apartment in a central, quiet location

We have been visiting Puerto De Mogan for last 15 years and treat it like a “home from home”. Apartment was clean, functional with every facility one could need on holiday, some of which we did not use. Balcony was ideal for sitting during the day, particularly early morning just after sunrise, with terrace spacious and comfortable later in the afternoon. We loved the aircon and queen sized bed, and the new shower was always refreshing, although could have done with more towels. Our “local” eating and drinking venues at the Marina and shopping Mall had not changed, and added to another great experience. Will definitely be back next year all being well.

This is a lovely spacious apartment with a great roof terrace. It is well situated for the town and beach, only a short walk from both and overlooks a lovely green area. Communication with the owner was clear and timely, and we were met at the apartment as planned to be shown around. I would recommend this property to couples looking for a quiet holiday.

Very good location

The flat was very well equipped and clean. The resort was very quiet but it was considered low season in the resort. Nice busy Market on Friday. The bathroom was excellent but the other rooms were not quite to the same standard. The roof terrace is an excellent entertaining and relaxing space. Taxi transfers were very easy and the key holder easy to find. Bus station 100 yards from the door which was great for exploring.

Loved this apartment

Had a really nice week at this apartment, the roof terrace is so nice, no need to go to the beach, so nice to have the BBQ up there too and a brilliant Spa shop opposite. Nina has everything you could need in the apartment, the kitchen is very well equipped. We had fabulous weather which was so nice after leaving home in the snow. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting a week away it is in a perfect location it's a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be returning hopefully next March,

Nice and well equipped apartment in a good location

We enjoyed our two weeks between august and september in this nice apartment. The place was clean and well equipped with the main bathroom just renewed. There are all the facilities in the nearby and even finding free parking wasn't a problem. Puerto de Mogàn is quite and lovely and a good place to start visiting the island by your own car or by bus (the bus station is just around the corner).

Eine sehr gut eingerichtete,gut gelegene Wohnung,mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge.Bis auf die Dusche, mit sehr wenig Wasserdruck,waren wir rundum zufrieden.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice apartment good location!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, being close to the beach and shops. With a very handy spar close to hand. The place was well equipped with a nice balcony and a even better roof terrace. Sometimes we just stayed on the roof terrace to have our lunch because the space was just tranquil. With enough Restaurants and and a Beach that was safe and relaxing, there are plenty of places to have a Beer or Sangria if you desire. Overall I would recommend this property for Couples wanting a peaceful relaxing holiday.

Lovely, well equipped apartment with large balcony and great roof terrace.

Lovely apartment. Was great having the air conditioning in both the bedroom and lounge. Very quiet location and Spar is just across the road so not far to walk. Very well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob and microwave. Even a fridge on the roof!! Brilliant!! Bed was really comfy and not like your usual concrete mattresses you normally get in a cheap package deal. Loads of cushions for the sun loungers too!! Puerto Mogan is gorgeous and plenty of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Nina is really helpful and will answer any questions you have. Can't wait to go back.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is close to everything - the beach, shops and the unique harbor with many good restaurants and the possibility to take the ferry to other places. The supermarket and bus station are less than a minute away.

What makes this property unique

The apartment have large private roof terrace where you can spend all your day if you prefer the privacy. Here you can enjoy the sun all day, cool down with a shower or have cold refreshments from the fridge. There is a nice sitting group and also a dining area. Make your own food on the gas barbecue. There is also a large balcony in front of the apartment with access from both the lounge and the bedroom where you can enjoy your breakfast or just watch people passing by. There is a green area and foot path in front of the building - no cars or disturbing traffic.
