An ideal place for your winter or summer vacation or to follow your cure.

Vacation rental in the mountains, in an apartment, on the ground floor in a quiet residence 200 m from the slopes (cable car).

30 m from the village square and the tourist office. Opposite the terms CÉSAR and BAINS du ROCHER for Cures and Relaxation Treatments in Thalassotherapy. 50 m from the Halles and shops.

Surface: 21 m2 - Small balcony with view on the Pyrenees and town center.

Many free parking lots nearby. Once installed, you no longer need the car, the location of the apartment allows ON FOOT IN LESS THAN 10 minutes to: shop, go skiing, follow your cure, go to the cinema, to the skating rink. The starting point of the hikes is located 30 m from the apartment.

The curists are entitled, for their stay of 3 weeks, to a reduction of - 20% on the amount of the rental (except school holidays)

Great location but a few issues

The location was great but there were a few issues with the apartment. One of the cooking plates did not work and the other one only worked in some positions. The hairdryer was not working either and the table was broken. The table got fixed while we were there but the other things did not.

petit appartement tres bien agence et optimise avec un equipement tres consequent par rapport a la surface. adapte pour des personnes a difficultes de marche et des enfants (dvd et jeux accessibles) appartement dont l emplacement permet de tout faire a pied. merci pour le mail avant l arrivee permettant de preparer le sejour.

En arrivant il fallait que je donne un coup de balai.Mais rien de grave.

Je n ai rien a dire si ce n est que c est un peu petit.Pour une personne seul voir deux mais pas plus.J ai bien apprecie et surtout le calme.C est reposant.Nous n entendons pas de bruit.Je tenais a vous remercier.La prochaine fois je m y mettrais plus tot pour une reservation.En conclusion je recommande l appartement de Monsieur Martin.Je le remercie.

Great well located little apartment. Fits alot in!

This apartment suited us (2 adults, 2 kids) perfectly for a week's skiing in Cauteret. Compact and comfortable & well equipped, cellar storage for ski kit and an easy walk to the telecabine. Would stay there again.

un peu decus tout de mĂȘme

ExtrĂȘmement contrarier car toute les photos ne sont pas du mĂȘme appartement... La taille de l'appartement ... Minuscule pour une famille de 4, comme nous. Il est vrai qu'aucune superficie n'as Ă©tait annoncer mais on comprend vite pourquoi. Dommage car trĂšs fonctionnelle mĂȘme si les rangements sont minime. Super bien placĂ©, en plein dans le centre tout Ă  proximitĂ©, le calme de la route nous a surpris mais le bruit des voisins (pourtant 3 appartement en dĂ©caler au dessus) aussi.

bonne location

Appartement bien tenu, propre, agréable, fidÚle à la description. Bon emplacement pas trÚs loin du télécabine et en plein centre ville. Mise en liaison avec l'agence immobiliére pour la remise des clés trÚs sympathique. L'agence est là aussi pour les problÚmes tel que changement d'ampoules usagées via un magasin sans frais pour le locataire. Petit nota bene pour le propriétaire à propos du lit encastré, trÚs confortable, il serait judicieux de fixer le matelas au sommier. En effet le matelas glisse en remontant le lit suspendu et quand il faut l'ouvrir il se coince sous les étagÚres avec le risque de les casser.

TrĂšs bien pour ma cure

Comme chaque année depuis 4 ans j'ai suivi ma cure à Cauterets. Votre appartement est idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre thermal. J'ai également apprécié de pouvoir disposer d'un véritable lit (et non pas une banquette clic clac comme cela a été souvent le cas) Dommage que tous les commerces ne soient pas ouvert dans la ville pendant la période des cures. Mais croyez bien monsieur que je reviendrai chez vous l'an prochain si vous louez toujours votre appartement.

TrÚs agréablement surpris

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©ablement surpris par cette location tout d'abord sa situation, prĂ©s de tous les commerces , des restaurants, de l'office de tourisme. La location par elle mĂȘme est de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e ... nous nous sommes sentis dans un "petit nid douillet" ... !! Nous ne connaissions pas ce beau village de montagne. Nous y reviendrons assurĂ©ment, pour une cure vu que votre appartement est situĂ© juste Ă  cotĂ© des thermes. Encore Merci

Super sympa - Appartement Ă  recommander

Appartement trÚs agréable - trÚs proche du centre ville, on n'a plus besoin de la voiture - nous avons apprécié également la proximité des Thermes César ou nous avons suivi un séjour de Remise en Forme. Une adresse à conserver - Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
