Nous regrettons que votre séjour n'ait pas été entièrement satisfaisant. Vous informer que le prix des appartements correspond à leur catégorie (moyenne). Les appartements sont situés en bord de mer, entourés de jardins et d'une piscine, à Empuriabrava, avec tous les services à portée de main.
De plus, le mobilier de l'appartement est exactement le même que celui qui apparaît sur toutes les photos et informations de l'exposition. Ce sont des appartements utilitaires et confortables. Ce ne sont pas des appartements de luxe.
L'utilisation même du mobilier et des équipements de l'appartement le détériore un peu. Cependant, à chaque saison et à chaque départ de client, nous vérifions de manière exhaustive que tout est en ordre, les lits d'appoint doivent donc également être en bon état.
Enfin, nous regrettons de n'avoir aucune trace du problème avec votre réfrigérateur. Au cas où il l'aurait mentionné au personnel de la réception, nous serions immédiatement allés régler le problème.
