Detailed cleaning and sanitization.Both the building and the apartment have been completely renovated a few years ago, updated to a high standard of living. The apartment is fully equipped, including air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and all other appliances. You will also find signature LV Premier high-quality bedding, fluffy towels, and superior toiletry products for your comfort. The apartment accommodates 4 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests on folding beds. There are many transportation options, including 3 metro stations within a 3-minute walk. Location was key to getting to the places we wanted to go see such as St George Castle, the Arc, and Rua Augusta with all the shops and restaurants.

Great location

Proximity to Rossio Square was excellent. We loved all the amenities in the place although one of four beds was sagging significantly in the middle. That would be our only complaint. It was wonderful.

Excellent, extremely clean and new in city centre

Extremely clean and modern updated apartment in the heart of the city. Extremely good service and location in the heart of the city. Easy to sleep in a quiet area of town. An excellent choice for Lisbon insiders. Highly recommended.

Close to everything. The apartment was clean. The only downside was in the front bedroom you could not close the door because the bed blocked it.

Roomy place on Baixa

Great location in Baixa. Big living room and a full laundry and dryer. Well stocked kitchen with anything you could need to cook. It is located in the same building as a hostel but the only issue there was the door making noise when people went up and down the stairs. Bed linens were very nice. It was not entirely clean

Excellent Location

We enjoyed being so close to restaurants, convenience stores, and sightseeing. The apartment was functional and met our needs. The only words of caution is carrying luggage up the long flight of stairs. And there is a Youth Hostile above the apartment with many young travelers who were polite but noisy.

Big and Bright!

Great location, comfy beds, lovely Juliet balconies overlooking the street. Excellent coffee, only one flight of stairs which is nice when carrying luggage. Close to amenities like grocery store and liquor store / wine boutique. Public underground parking is available in the square, overnight for +45€. No plates or silverware, but we weren’t eating in. Overall, highly reccomend and would stay here again, thank you!

Perfect for our families short stay away in Lisbon. Ana was very quick to respond to questions and even helped arrange a driver for us to Fatima! She met us at the property to check us in and made sure to highlight were everything was. All toiletries were provided even dishwasher soap and laundry soap so I did not have to spend precious vacation time shopping for them. The apartments location cannot be beat! We will stay again on our next trip to Lisbon!!

He spent half an hour going over sites to see in Lisbon and advice on my trip. He also allowed me to use his mobile no re my pcr covid test as I needed a local mobile no. Super super service.

Very centrally located.

The apartment is great, as are the property managers. I was there 4 weeks, and any issues that came up were addressed immediately and efficiently. Because it's so well located, it can get a bit noisy, but considering the apartment's convenience, cleanliness, and ease of walking to so many of Lisbon's attractions, the noise wasn't that important. Great Apartment, Great Location

I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks, June-July, and was very happy with my choice. The apartment is as pictured: open and airy, with a good amount of space. It is also clean and tidy, a great place to return to after exploring the city. It's located in a lively section of Lisbon, with cultural sites, museums and great restaurants nearby, yet not far from more low-key neighborhoods as well. The back bedroom is very quiet. The apartment manager is friendly and kind, available by phone or text during the stay for any questions that may have arisen. I also appreciated the clean linens and towels; the kitchen with appliances, cookware and dishware; and the bathroom with basic toiletries. Highly recommended.

perfect location on the perfect place

the location is perfect cannot be better. The appartment is clean and evry thing you need is in the house and the kitchen. Only I think for 8 persons you need one bathroom more. The communication with the housekeeper was also very good. A well interested lady.
