The apartment 'located on the second floor of a historic house of 1800 in the historic center of the village of Roncegno. Large, well-equipped, with three bedrooms, one double and two single beds double. Kitchen and adjacent dining room / living room, bathroom with tub shower. To local ground floor for ski equipment storage, boating, bicycles, strollers, etc.. The apartment and heating, a fridge, freezer, electric oven, gas stove, microwave oven, television, radio, iron. Small garden. A few meters shops, restaurant, supermarket, chemist, post office.
Ideal location for summer holidays, with bathing on the nearby lakes of Levico and 7 km, where you can practice all sailing sports, walks on the trails of the Lagorai up to 2400 meters high, biking trails in the valley for cycling enthusiasts . For the winter holidays great location for skiing at Panarotta 2000 to 10 Km and slopes of Trento Bondone over 30 Km. Also easy to reach the locality 'San Martino di Castrozza and Val di Fiemme.
In the village there are 8 tennis courts, golf course, swimming pool in the park delel 'Hotel St. Raphael ancient spa residence where there is a fully equipped spa to unwind with countless treatments.
Venice and 'reachable in 50 minutes by train Valsugana, station 2.5 km to reach by public service, always by train you can' reach Trento in just 25 minutes.

Pas de vacances mais une participation pour les championnats du monde CTIF. Revoir la propreté sous les armoires et certains lits. Mettre la Wi-Fi dans l'appartement (aucun accès pour nos documents de compétitions) durant le concours mondial Réparer le couvercle des WC. Rajouter quelques assiettes et verres. Réparer ou rajouter de l'éclairage dans les escaliers et augmenter la minuterie. Rafraîchir les peintures de l'appartement. La place de parking n'est pas privée, d'où difficulté pour stationner. Prix de la location élevé par rapport à d'autres (amis dans un autre AIRBNB beaucoup moins cher et bâtiment et logement neuf). La personne qui est venue pour notre départ était très gentille et s'est levée tôt pour que nous puissions partir à 4h45 du matin. Merci à elle

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo spazioso appartamento per 5 notti...l'ambiente era pulito e in posizione centrale comodo a tutti i servizi e il paese di Torcegno è vicino ai laghi di Levico e Caldonazzo. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Contiamo di tornarci al più presto

Roncegno Terme: tra Arte Sella, I Laghi e le montagne

Roncegno Terme è un bel borgo e gode di un’ottima posposizione in Valsugana, permettendo escursioni in montagna, la visita al bellissimo Parco dell’arte sella e con i laghi di Caldonazzo e levico a15/20 minuiti di macchina e attento a 30 minuti circa. L’appartamento è spazioso e ben strutturato con 3 stanze da letto. C’è un solo bagno, non nuovissimo ma assolutamente confortevole. Con alcune migliorie è perfetto anche per 6 persone. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile.

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento di Roberto per Capodanno insieme ad un gruppo di amici. Se cercate un posto tranquillo, lontano dal caos ma abbastanza vicino a numerose attrazioni, è l'ideale! La casa è accogliente, ben riscaldata e la cucina è ben attrezzata.
