Apartment of about 130 square meters in a beautiful newly built single villa, garden on three sides of the house with additional cold and hot shower, 3 workstations with tables and chairs under a pergola or Tempotest awnings where you can eat or simply rest.
The town is located in the province of Oristano just a few minutes from the sea, from the beautiful beaches (Sinis natural park, Tharros, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, Putzi Idu etc) and from the excavation site of the "Gigati di Monte Prama".
Complete with everything ready to be inhabited.
The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms + large double living room + kitchen + private bathroom + garden.
At 30 meters from the house there is a butcher / food / rotisserie and a small municipal green park with games for children, markets and shops in the town.

Nous avons aimé appartement bien hormis ventilateur de plafond bruyant tout le reste très bien acceuil merci au propriétaire il nous a mis de quoi manger et boire pour notre arrivée.

appartement parfait comme son propriétaire.
Très bon séjour du 23/07 au 17/08/2016 (2 adultes + 3 enfants (11,8 et 2 ans)) : appartement très grand en parfait état, très propre, bien équipé, et très calme. Très bien situé pour un long séjour car nous étions à environ 1 h 30 à 2 h 00 de voiture de toutes les grandes villes et 20 minutes de très belles plages.
Propriétaire très sympa et dispo par tel dés qu'on a besoin de quelque chose. Encore un grand merci à eux.
